Elevata Villa at Montville - Quite Private 3 Bed Villa set in Tropical Garden

Welcome to Elevata Retreat, a newly renovated boho, Thai inspired Villa, nestled in a secluded tropical setting in Montville. This relaxing, fully private and luxe home beckons those needing a space where they can chill out and let time stand still. The Villa enjoys 3 unique bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus 3 separate entertaining decks for lounging around, relaxing in a mineral spa or having a BBQ and a few drinks with friends under the soaring palms and bamboo. Enjoy the evening with a complimentary bottle of wine overlooking the exotic palms and fish ponds. Finish the night off with candles in an aromatherapy claw bath.

The Space:
Our unique hinterland property is only a short 15 minute walk (one minute drive) to the quaint shops, cafes and restaurants of Montville village. Lake Baroon and Kondalilla Falls are only minutes away for some nature therapy. Wineries, art galleries, dress shops and popular wedding venues are all very close to the Villa. On entering the property, there are private gates leading to a double electric garage, double carport and also additional car spaces along the driveway.

The residence was architecturally designed with high ceilings, fans and split system airconditioning in all bedrooms and living areas. There is also a wood fire burner for those chilly winter evenings. Large sliding glass doors lead out to two separate decks from the open plan lounge/ dining room, with views of soaring palms, hinterland glimpses, rock pools and an array of bird life. The open plan Kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, stove top, full size fridge, microwave and expresso coffee machine with pods. It also has its own herb garden and separate Juice Bar with fruit. A walk-in pantry houses everything you will need for your culinary delights and is stocked with basic essentials such as olive oil, salt and pepper, herbs, cutlery, crockery, wine glasses etc. An outdoor BBQ also offers a more informal dining area on the third timber deck.

For those that dont wish to cook, we have several delicious food hampers that cater for all dietary requirements. These should be ordered 48 hours or more before arrival. Hampers are delivered to your door on request. We also have an art package hamper if you are feeling in the mood to get your creative juices going, as the property will definitely inspire you!

The Villa supplies crystal clear, filtered rainwater from all taps. We also have our own underground bore water and supply our own water for guests.

The quiet restful bedrooms all have either walk in robes or built-in cupboards, along with new air-conditioning and luxurious natural linens, bamboo and cottons. Bed 1 has high ceilings, a plush Queen bed, TV, spacious walk-in robe, private ensuite bathroom with rainwater shower, claw bath, toilet and vanity. Natural bathroom toiletries are complimentary such as shampoo, conditioner, soaps, body lotion and bath salts. This main bedroom has sliding glass doors leading out to a timber deck with magnesium spa hot tub (for 3 people) and outdoor lounge.

Bed 1 also has its own separate Meditation Genie Room for reflection and relaxation. Bed 2 offers a serene outlook to our guardian tree, ferns and other plant life. Bed 2 also has a Queen size bed, high ceilings, a TV with free use of Netflix and Amazon Prime, built in robe, ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. It also has full privacy from the other two bedrooms and living areas.

Bed 3 consists of 2 King Single beds and has a built in robe with glass doors that open out also to the magnesium spa and sitting area on the timber deck.

The main Living room (with plantation shutters) offers a comfortable leather lounge, smart TV, dining table and chairs, wood fire burner, reverse cycle air conditioning, fans, study nook with desk and free Wifi for those who cant live without connection to the world. For the children there are board games, chess, CDs and books for those evenings youd like to just stay in and play!

The new Laundry offers a convenient and handy, washing machine, dryer, ironing board etc if needed.
