At Forest Stay | Margaret River
Rileystone is a 2.5 acre property perfectly located on the beach side of Caves road with access to Kilcarnup Beach via 4wheel drive, just 5mins down the end of the road. It’s in the ‘perfect triangle’ with Margaret River town, Prevelly and Gracetown all just 10mins away in each direction! The home is a large 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a huge open plan living / dining / kitchen area, two more separate living areas, a double garage and outdoor patio area. You’ll feel right at home, while on holidays at Rileystone.
The Space
The home is light and bright with plenty of colour to make you smile. The large open planing living area has comfortable seating with three couches and 65inch smart TV, the dining area has a large dining table with 8 chairs and a array of glassware at the ready for your preferred drink. The fully equipped kitchen has a 5 burner gas stove, wide oven, dishwasher and SMEG coffee machine. The walk in pantry gives you more space to prepare for a dinner on the back patio and has access through to the laundry with washer & dryer. The dining area opens onto the north facing patio area with large outdoor table and BBQ, perfect for a glass of vino at sunset or home cooked BBQ dinner.
Down a short hall off the living you’ll find the theatre room with comfortable seating and TV ready for your Netflix & Stan viewing. The master bedroom with large bright bedroom with king bed, walk in his & her robe and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, vanity basin and separate toilet. Access to the double lock-up garage is at the end of the hall.
On the other side of the living area is the hallway to bedrooms 2, 3 and 4. Each of these bedrooms have a queen bed and robe. There is a sitting area and the main bathroom with shower, bath, vanity basin and separate toilet across the hall.
At Rileystone you have no neighbours to the west, you’ll feel there is only nature between you and the ocean. From the back of the property there is a special spot where you can see the sunset in the evenings and a firepit to use during the cooler months. If you travel in a 4x4 and do your research before you arrive, just down the end of the Kilcarnup Road is access to the recreational 4 wheel drive tracks with access to Joey’s Nose, Cape Mentelle and Kilcarnup beach. There is a totally separate studio at the property some distance away from the main residence which is sometimes used by the caretaker.
Rileystone is the perfect home away from home, with everything you need for a fun filled holiday down south.
Other Things to Note
Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.
Property Fee: Please note that the property fee is the Cleaning & linen fee, it says 'pay at property' however this amount will be charged to you when the amount is taken for your booking. We offer self check-in accommodation and do not have facilities where we can take payment at the property.
Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.
Studio: There is a totally separate studio at the property some distance away from the main residence which is sometimes used by the caretaker.
Pets: the house is ‘Pet Friendly’ and we love small furry friends :) Small dogs are permitted to stay, however large dogs are by request. A Maximum of 2 dogs allowed at any one time. The yard is fully fenced. All dogs must be kept off furniture/beds. Please let us know if you are bringing your dog along, at the time of booking.
