Val Andre house is ideally located at the end of the greatly prized Saint Jean beach in St Barth. The closest hotel in Saint Barth is the Emeraude Plage. This house in Saint Barth, exceptional thanks to its much coveted location, has a wonderful view on the beach of Saint Jean and the ocean. The living room opens onto the terrace, the garden and the sea. The decoration is contemporary with a colonial touch.
The lush garden is a real advantage. The property (the three villas) has a private and exclusive tennis court.
This house is perfect for holidays in St Barth for a family. Both of the bedrooms are under the same roof, connected to the living. The bedroom, on the first level is overlooking the sea and has a terrace. What we especially liked in this holiday house in St Barth is its situation within two minutes walking distance to Saint Jean beach, garden and view.
Together with Dahouet (one bedroom), Cap Frehel (one bedroom), they make the property of Les Sables d’Or (4 bedrooms).
