(See photos are accurate Note since the bedroom photo a split system A/C has been installed in July), located in a quiet street in South Townsville. fully Furnished this is very budget older style original basic miners cottage it is really not flash, we call it as it is, no surprises (we intended to knock it and rebuild but that will have to wait for now) maybe take a drive past or view on google maps, located very close to city /Port and strand, the cowboy's stadium (20min walk) just a short drive minutes away and with the Townsville boat park boat ramps and jetties with BBQ areas only a 2min walk away, the cottage has a front veranda with outdoor setting,

Bringing your furry friend, no problem we will accept 1 small pet only with conditions and there is a pet fee, pets must be included in your booking. yard is mostly fully fenced and quite large I recommend keeping your pet on the front veranda the yard is fully fenced except for the front driveway, the yard has bindies plenty of parks near by to keep your hound happy.
