This 2-bedroom 1-bath apartment enjoys a great convenient location in the heart of Ocean Park. Find top-notch restaurants, bars, beaches, supermarkets, and a hospital just blocks away.
It features a full kitchen, a bright living room, and a balcony with outdoor seating.
PLEASE NOTE: WE MANAGE THE APARTMENT ON THE FIRST FLOOR CALLED AQUALINA SUITE, WHICH ALSO FEATURES TWO BEDROOMS. IF YOU HAVE A LARGER GROUP AND ARE INTERESTED IN RENTING THIS UNIT AS WELL, PLEASE LET US KNOW, AND WE WOULD BE HAPPY TO SEND YOU THE LISTING LINK.

Located on the second floor, Aqua Ocean Park gets the best of the Caribbean tradewinds. Enter the apartment to a well-appointed living room, full kitchen, and balcony with outdoor seating.
**PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LIVING AREA DOESN'T HAVE AIR CONDITIONING, ONLY THE BEDROOMS ARE FULLY AIR CONDITIONED IN THIS UNIT.**
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Aqua Ocean Park is a 2 bedroom apartment that comfortably sleeps 4 adults in 2 full size beds - 1 in each bedroom. Each bedroom has air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, blackouts, and closets.
PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY):
We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.
KITCHEN:
Aqua Ocean Park features a full size fully equipped kitchen that is ideal for extended stays. The kitchen includes a fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and stovetop.
GETTING AROUND:
We strongly recommend using Uber for transportation.

LOCATION:
Aqua Ocean Park is located in Ocean Park, Puerto Rico. This is considered a prime location in San Juan. From Aqua Ocean Park, you are a 3-minute walk away from the sand and within walking distance to some of the best dining options Puerto Rico has to offer. Forget the rental car because from here, you can walk or Uber to everything! The apartment is approx. 10 minutes from the airport, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and shops all within walking distance.
There are many things to do in the surrounding areas; here are some of our favorites:
Chill at the beach! It is one of our favorite beaches in Puerto Rico and a must-do if you are staying at Aqua Ocean Park. The apartment has beach chairs, towels, and a cooler for a long day at the beach.
Lunch or dinner at La Placita de Santurce a local market with 20+ restaurants and awesome nightlife. We love Santaella restaurant which offers local cuisine with a modern approach and is in La Placita.
Explore Calle Loiza, which is blocks from the apartment. This up and coming hip street is littered with funky dining and shopping options. Start off with a margarita at Acapulco and head down the strip stopping at Sabrina or Azucena for sophisticated Puerto Rican food.
Explore the El Yunque Rainforest. El Yunque is an easy 40-minute drive from the property and is the only rainforest under US Flagship. We can help coordinate tours to this destination.
Spend a day in Old San Juan. Aqua Ocean Park is a 10 min Uber ride from the oldest city in all the US. There is a lot of history to be seen and great food, drinks, and shopping to enjoy!

STARTER AMENITIES
At West Indies Vacation Rentals, we strive to provide top-notch amenities, ensuring our guests feel at home during their stay.
All properties come with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach towel per guest.
We provide a set of disposable essentials to help you get your vacation started comfortably. These include:
- 1 set of hotel-size soap and shampoo (per bathroom)
- 3 garbage bags
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 2 rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom)
- 1 dish soap
- 1 dish sponge
Please note that we do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is the guest’s responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock any additional items needed for the duration of the stay.
Most properties also include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler. You may reach out to us 5 days before arrival for confirmation.
HOUSE RULES
RENTAL AGREEMENT: All bookings require a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. Guests must upload a valid photo ID (no selfies) that matches the name on the credit card used for the booking. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to entering the property, whichever comes first. Check-in instructions will not be provided until the agreement is completed.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
NO PETS: While we are pet lovers, pets are not permitted at the property at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if this rule is violated, and guests may be asked to leave the property.
QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these hours out of respect for nearby residents/neighbors.
UTILITIES (WATER & ELECTRICITY): In the event of an interruption to water or electrical service, the host is not responsible for hotel, alternate lodging, or transportation expenses. If service is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Nights already used are non-refundable.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy is 4 adults/children at all times, including visitors.
OCCUPANCY ENFORCEMENT: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or removal from the property without refund.
TOWELS & LINENS: Towels and linens are provided for normal use only. Please do not use them for cleaning or allow them to be stained with food, grease, or other substances. Charges may apply for damaged or stained items.
TOWEL HANGING: Please do not hang towels or any other items to dry in areas visible from outside the unit. A $100 community fine may apply if this rule is violated.
SUBLETTING: Subletting or re-renting the property is not permitted.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and since this is a self-check-in unit, you can arrive anytime after that.
If you’d like to check in earlier, please contact us the day before your arrival, and we’ll confirm availability. When possible, early check-in typically starts around 11:00 AM. Please note that early check-in is subject to availability and depends on our cleaning schedule.
If you need a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to book from the night prior to ensure the property is ready upon your arrival.
Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please reach out the day before your departure, and we’ll be happy to check availability for you.
TRAVEL INSURANCE / HURRICANE SEASON
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, not only during the peak months of Hurricane Season (July to October) but also throughout the year to cover unexpected events such as travel delays, pandemics, or other unforeseen issues.
Travel insurance is inexpensive and can reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, coverage will depend on the policy purchased. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase.

It was very close to he beach- the place looked as advertised- very clean. There were not a lot of kitchen items- coffee cups wine glasses- and it is across the street from a post office and some restaurants so it's noisy- but a great place to access San juan

Was wonderful overall. Location was great. Very clean and well appointed. Great communication with hosts throughout the process. My only complaint would be the noise. Not people in the street, but the generator running 24/7 somewhere nearby. It’s LOUD!!!!! Maybe not an issue for some people but decisively not tranquilo.

Endless unceasing noise from MULTIPLE sources which were RIGHT OUTSIDE ROOM: a Garbage dumpter, a Post Office truck yard with trucks beeping all night, a busy all night gas station, a bar serving drinks to drunks sitting outside at night shouting and singly raucously, and a restaurant under construction with insanely LOUD grinding and metal pipe construction, starting up before 7AM and going on all day.The owners are !00% exploiting anyone who rents this property.
