Located right next to the World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! The Pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner, drinks and live music, there is something for everyone. Bringing kids? You can visit the arcade or ice cream shop during the day, and go for a romantic dinner at night.

This unit comes with everything you would need on a vacation;

The 2nd floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and the shared bathroom is a spacious shower/tub. The guest bedroom has two double beds and large closet spaces.

Overall the property checked all of our boxes. Close to the beach, restaurants and activities. Being next to the pier did make for an over crowded beach experience, but still enjoyable. Some things that I would have like to have had inside the property would be ceiling fans or floor fans in the bedrooms, an entryway way rug to be able to clean feet and place shoes, rugs in the bathrooms( the towel rugs just don’t do the job, and rugs in the bedrooms.

Next to the pier

The condo was a little outdated, but clean and provided everything we needed. The beachumbrell was broken and the refrigerator was leaking. Overall it was a good stay.

Specious Property and Excellent Communication

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time. The property really was just steps from the beach and came with everything we needed to speak day at the ocean. Property managers were quick to respond to all all requests or concerns. We can't wait to come back!

Outstanding Property!

This townhouse property was spacious, clean, well furnished with an ocean view from a spacious balcony. The entire property was actually better than the photos which is not typical. The location next to the Cocoa Beach Pier was so convenient and walkable but it was also quiet and peaceful. The property manager was very helpful leading up to our trip and our one question during our stay about the area was answered promptly. This property is highly recommended and we will definitely be repeat customers

Floors were flithy. Socks were black from walking around. Cutlery with food dried on them. Plates stuck together. Uncomfortable beds. Great location. The property is convenient with the beach, pool and bbqs right there. Check in and check out was smooth. Need better quality control for the unit and hire new cleaners. Look at updating the beds.

Great Location

Next to pier, waking distance to Fish Camp and Tiny Bar. Location is excellent. Condo was clean however needs a little TLC . We stay in Cocoa Beach often. This was our first stay at this condo. There seemed to be odd noises during the night. Dont know what it was.Make sure you stay on second floor to get a view of the beach.The best views come from the end units,closest to the beach.We will stay again.

This property has everything you need for a nice stay on Cocoa Beach. Great location to walk to many things. Love the beach theme decor. Bedrooms are huge. The pool is awesome.

We came in for a friend's wedding, the location was perfect. Appreciated the designated parking and great pre-arrival communications. Very responsive and courteous communications throughout. Place was clean and well appointed.

This place was great! Cant wait to return next year!

Property was just as shown in the pics. Big bonus was boogie boards, beach chairs, and washer and dryer. We will be booking jere nect time no questions asked! Zarech was a huge help with all my questions as well. Building itself isnt brand new but definately worth the cost. Highly recommend!!

Perfect getaway Cocoa Beach, FL

This condo provides the ultimate beach stay. Enjoy a relaxing beautiful breezy view of the beach from the balcony, or just steps away watch the sunrise and surf the waves, and explore the excitement of the pier. Condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the on-site management is top notch!

Weekend trip before cruise

The view & proximity to the beach was the reason I booked & it was just as expected! It is steps away from the beach with its own private access, next door to the pier, and in a great location to grocery & food options! Beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler were provided. Like others had mentioned, the place could use an update and maybe a deep clean. The couch and appliances were a little worn. The beds, which seemed to be mentioned below a few times, were fine for us. We had an okay stay, but probably won’t return.

Great location

This property was an excellent choice for our family. The pool, short walk to the beach, Cocoa Beach pier, and nearby restaurants were exactly what we had wanted. The one thing we were very disappointed in was the terrible quality of the mattresses. They were so cheap and unsupportive that it really hindered any quality sleep. We've never had a problem with beds at other properties so these must just be unfortunately cheap or poor quality mattresses. If those could be replaced this property would be 5 stars for us.

Beach Getaway

It wasn’t exactly ideal beach temperatures, but the kids still got to play in the sand and find shells without having to drive anywhere. Can drink coffee and watch the sunrise over the ocean. We even got to watch 2 rocket launches sitting on the front porch. I couldn’t have asked for a better location or host. The communication was very quick and they did anything to help when we asked questions. Easily a 5 out of 5 and I would highly recommend this spot!

Great Location

First of all let me say this was a great location just steps away from the beach! We had a great time watching surfers, watching pelicans dive, and feeding the seabirds. The unit was also set up nice although it could use a few upgrades and the beds were fairly firm. The host was very accommodating and allowed us to stay till 1 pm which we deeply appreciated. I would very much encourage people to come and explore the properties at this location! Lots of restaurants close by and of course the Kennedy space Center is a must to visit. The Navy SEAL museum was also excellent!

Great property & great location on the beach. Upstairs unit with nice view of the ocean. Clean and well appointed. Communication was great - easy secure check in and checked to be sure all was well. Living space was well laid out and kitchen had everything needed. One reserved parking space! Would highly recommend.

Beach Getaway

Host is easy to communicate with. Condo is very clean. Could use some updates but everything is in working order. Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels and beach towels. This unit has a good view of the beach, but not a full view. Pool is clean and heated. Short walk to the beach and pier.

Location is perfect

Comfortable stay, very clean and location is great. The unit is older and could use a little spruce up. Dishwasher is not stable. Great communication with owner. Would stay again.
