The bedrooms offer a desirable split floor plan separating the master bedroom suite from the two guest bedrooms & bathrooms. The bonus den/office space is a wonderful feature for anyone needing an extra space to work however it does offer a pull-out sofa to provide ample space for extra family and friends to stay. This home also offers wonderful neighborhood amenities including a 7-minute walk to the beach and is steps away from the public golf course and tennis courts. Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms + den/3 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin beds & pull-out sleeper sofa (sleeps 8), Smart TV's (streaming only), free WIFI, heated pool & spa, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, garage parking, BBQ gas grill. Pets Allowed (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the city of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 8 people.
