The Townes #2209 Beautifully Decorated Townhome in Barefoot
Are you ready to take your next vacation? This is the place that you will want to stay in! The Townes at Barefoot #2209 has recently been built and has all the bells and whistles that you will want! It is located in popular Barefoot Resort so it is close to everything that you want to do in the area. Everything is brand new and ready for guests! The Driving Range in Barefoot is located right next door and you can walk to Putter's Pub for a drink or pizza in the evening.
This townhome has 4BR and 3.5BA so there is plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is modern and has all the appliances to make your favorite meals. There is a large dining table for gatherings and it has an open floor plan so everyone can enjoy. The screened in patio is right off the living area with plenty of seating. Perfect for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails!
The Primary bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with a King bed and en suite bathroom. You will love the decor and all the space! The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a Queen too. There is another bathroom in the hallway. The 4th bedroom is located on the 3rd floor and it has a California King bed with its own bathroom too. There is also a workstation on that level too. There is plenty of space for everyone.
Barefoot Resort has 4 Championship Golf Courses and we can help you set up tee times with the Golf Masters. All guests have access to the North Tower pool which is the largest pool in SC! It also has a large Hot Tub. The pool requires a pool pass for access. There is also a free shuttle that runs in the summer season that will bring you to beach access. It runs every hour and we will give you a schedule for pickup times. Barefoot Landing is right across the Waterway and has so much for you to enjoy! Check out all the shops, restaurants and attractions there! Have a glass of wine at Duplin Winery or a Craft beer at Crooked Hammock. Enjoy a wonderful meal at Flying Fish or Greg Norman's Australian Grille then catch a show at Alabama Theater. There is so much to do that you have to come back again and again!
All Guests must be 25 or older to book! A responsible Adult over the age of 25 MUST be present at all times!

The house was perfect for our family(7). Everyone had their own space and the location relative to the boardwalk and Ripken ballpark were great. Lived out time there

Golfed all 4 Barefoot courses and stayed at a home within walking distance to the clubhouse! Super convenient to many first class restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores...The home was very comfortable with a nice outside-screened patio. Each bedroom had a TV and private driveway.

One of the best golf trip rentals I have ever stayed in. Walking distance to 3 courses, a restaurant/bar, and a driving range. The house was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The booking/check in/check out process was super smooth and easy. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Everything we needed
This townhome is gorgeous. Well equipped and close enough without being too close. Very quiet location, while the pool wasn’t close enough to walk to, we enjoyed it many times during our stay. And the beach was a quick drive. Plenty of places to eat and shop close by. All furniture was lovely and the beds were amazing. The only thing we could have asked for was a ceiling fan in the living room and screened in porch! (We enjoy being outside but it was HOT!)

Everything was provided to make our stay comfortable with added touches for convenience that we didn’t expect, such as remotes for each bed to adjust the incline / recline and plenty of extra blankets to keep us cozy. Overall the property was clean, modern, and well-supplied.

this was the FIRST visit to The Townes at BarefootGreat Place-Very Clean I liked that we even had a garage with a power door! I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone considering it!Even had a great little pub just down the laneway we could visit after our round of golf every daythe karaoke night was the BEST!!!

Very nice property clean plenty of space. Main floor toilet make noise when you flush. No gym near property. Not walking distance to the beach. But overall nice.
