This brand new 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom townhouse located in Riccarton. Our home offers modern comfort and convenience, making it the perfect choice for families, couples or friends seeking a relaxing stay. With a private Garage and EV charge.
Our home is conveniently located near Riccarton Mall, Canterbury University and just a short 8-minute drive to Christchurch City. You'll find everything you need within a short distance, from supermarkets to cafes, restaurants, and shops. Close to the park.
Ground floor has the kitchen, living and dining area flowing to the private, fully fenced courtyard. The internal access garage is located on the ground floor.
Upstairs (1st floor) has both bedrooms with Queen beds and Full bathroom with Tiled shower, Bidet and vanity.
Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean.
With heating and cooling available on both the ground floor and first floor, you can rest easy with a comfortable temperature wherever you are in the house.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and Oven. We also provide basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and pepper, so you can prepare your meals with ease if you wish to cook throughout your stay.

Late night arrival or departure. This short-term rental is located in a residential area and we have some fantastic neighbours we care about. If you are arriving or departing late at night or early in the morning please keep noise to a minimum and be respectful of our neighbours.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking in prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
