The space

Located in beautiful Tobermory, Zorra’s Den is a spacious and comfortable retreat that offers the perfect mix of convenience and natural beauty. With three bedrooms, each featuring a queen-sized bed, our cottage is the perfect size for families or small groups of friends.

Zorra's Den cottage boasts a modern decor, with contemporary furnishings and sleek lines that perfectly complement the serene natural surroundings. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, and the cozy living room area, complete with a charming fireplace, provides the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the local attractions.

Outside, Zorra’s Den is surrounded by a lush forest that provides the perfect backdrop for outdoor adventures. You are also sure to enjoy the sounds of Lake Huron right from the comfort of the large wrap-around deck. Whether you're enjoying a relaxing afternoon in the hammock or roasting marshmallows around the fire pit, there's plenty of space to enjoy the great outdoors.

The outdoor amenities also include a lovely dining table and a comfortable conversation set, perfect for sharing meals and stories with your loved ones. And with its proximity to local attractions such as the Grotto, Singing Sands, Sunset Park, and numerous hiking trails, there's no shortage of adventures to be had.

Guest access:

- Entire cottage and grounds except the Utility/Storage room and garage.
- Hot tub is not included.

Amenities Limitations:

- At our cottage, we rely on a well-water system. We kindly ask that you keep in mind your water usage during your stay. Not to worry, the water is safe to drink.
- The Fireplace is only operational from November to April.

Guest Safety:

- Tobermory is home to some of nature's most fascinating creatures, including black bears, foxes, snakes, minks, turtles, and even some rattlesnakes! It's important to keep a safe distance from these wild and wacky wildlife and avoid any unnecessary interactions. So, enjoy their beauty from afar!
- There are cameras installed outside the cottage at the front, side, and back. Rest assured, these cameras are only for safety, security, and insurance purposes and will not infringe on your privacy or disturb your peaceful vacation. So kick back, relax, and enjoy the scenery.

Other things to note:

- We kindly ask our guests to be respectful of our quiet neighborhood by refraining from excessive noise, parties, and late-night disturbances. Our house rules reflect this expectation, and we appreciate your cooperation. If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, we'd be delighted to host you.

- Please note if a fire ban is in effect for the area before using the fire pit for your campfire. No large or open fires are permitted.
