The space
Welcome to my home of 5 years which is very spacious with all amenities plus a few extras.
It is North-West facing which has beautiful lighting and a great ambiance.
It has been appropriately decorated in a nautical theme being part of the Fremantle character replete with a fish tank, an authentic porthole clock and marine artifices presented through the whole apartment.
It is walking distance to the Fremantle Art Centre, Fremantle Leisure Centre, Monument Hill and a 15min walk into Center of Fremantle.
Of you want to simply stay in and chillax there is fast free Wifi with a New 4K, 65 inch TV with Netflix in the Lounge and a 54 inch TV in the Master Bedroom.
The Master Bedroom it’s self has an adjustable reclining bed with a 250mm thick all memory foam mattress and while sitting in bed it has harbour views.
Stay in or explore Fremantle it’s up to you.
Guest access
For Guest convenience there is a laundry on site with a large commercial washer and dryer.
I provide a couple of bicycles for you to explore Fremantle
As well as some weights to train with, board games etc for your entertainment.
Other things to note
There is either ample street parking available as well as there is secure parking behind the 2.4 meter high perimeter fence.
There are wall fans in all bedrooms and the main lounge to keep the apartment well ventilated.
There is a small Airconditioning that cools the main living area on those hotter days.
