This 2-story cottage with a fully furnished, dry, and newly renovated basement. Basement includes bedroom, new bathroom, laundry room, and games room with pull-out sectional couch and convertible ping pong/pool table. The main floor has 2 bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a living room with a pull-out couch. The loft contains a master bedroom with a double jacuzzi and double shower, walk-in dressing room, and an attached den with a futon.

What makes our Forest-Lake cottage (part of the South River waterway) unique is that the opposite shore is nearly entirely crown land, meaning you will not have other cottagers staring back at your, for more peace and quiet. Because the lake has sandbars, motor boats are seldom seen, making it quiet and wake-free for paddling or fishing. The opposite shore, a short paddle away, also has many weedy areas ideal for fish.

We work hard to provide all you need to have the best family vacation ever and have attempted to cover all the bases. We think you will love it because our family loves it! We provide a paddle boat, kayak, SUP and canoe for the enjoyment of the waterfront. Relax in the hammock out back or enjoy a game of bocci ball or ladder toss. Endless board games, books, tv with soundbar, and a small stereo upstairs ensure rainy day entertainment. We are a short walk from the skate park and playground for kids. We are also near frisbee golf and pickleball in the community and provide golf discs and pickleball paddles and balls.

We are a short walk or drive to any amenity you may need on a vacation, including fire wood, groceries, LCBO and Beer store.
