This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

Crystal Tower 1204 is the perfect place to rest, relax and feel refreshed after a night's sleep. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the primary bathroom has a custom walk-in shower. Guests will enjoy all the amenities of this luxurious accommodation and wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day ahead.

You will be delighted to find that the guest bedroom features a queen bed, perfect for drifting away to dreamland. The second bathroom has a bathtub and shower combination, offering an ideal way to relax after an adventurous day. Crystal Tower is the jewel of West Beach showcasing a premier location on the North side of Hwy 182 enhanced by the island's only air-conditioned walk over to the large gulf side pool and lazy river! This beautiful complex boasts 170 units and the many amenities you see listed including free WIFI throughout building and a fitness room!

You must be 25 years of age or older to rent. This is a non-smoking property. No pets are permitted. Monthly rentals are available November - March 1st.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Parking passes and amenity wristbands are purchased on-site. Total cost will vary depending on length of stay. Parking passes are charged at $20 per day, per vehicle, for the first 3 days with a maximum charge of $60 for a weekly 7-night stay. After the first week, parking is charged at $5 per day, per vehicle. Stays November through March are charged $60 max.
