Grandad also has a fully-equipped kitchen with all the modern amenities you would expect, whether you wish to cook a gourmet meal or perhaps even his favorite, a Lamb roast with vegetables, dough boys, and stewed rhubarb with vanila custard.
For the outdoor chefs amd summer evenings there is a family sized BBQ.

Each bedroom has been decorated in a different style with designer furnishings,statement lighting , art and and pictures.All beds are dressed with luxurious duvets, blankets, quality sheets and sumptuous pillows.

Outside there is an enormous deck for entertaining, that leads down into a garden containing numerous fruit trees such as Plums, Apples, Grapes and Fejoas. As well as some more exotic types such as Custard apples, loquats, grapefruit and Macadamias nuts.

Soak away your, cares in the Spa pool. Perfect after a days mountain biking or surfing the local beaches.

On the lawn, you can enjoy some fun games of Swingball, Croquet or perhaps some Lawn Cricket with family and friends or stroll across the road into Parihaki Bush Reserve and explore dozens of walks.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood, you will be just a short walk down the hill to the Skate park, Adventure playground , the Whangarei Town center, Hundervasser Muesuem, coffee shops, restaurants and the Riverside Loop walk.
