GUEST ACCESS
The whole house except for the basement. The basement is only available to access the electrical panel and to use the 2nd refrigerator for you to store extra food.

THINGS TO NOTE
- 24/7 security protection with outdoor cameras and noise sensor. Outdoor cameras are placed all around the property for security and control purposes. Note that the backyard cameras have a wide view which include the spa section for guest capacity control. Indoor and outdoor noise sensors are installed for nuisance purposes and emit alerts to the host to prevent excessive noise from disturbing the peace of the neighborhood;
- Considering property is surrounded by a river, note that all beaches in the vicinity may be affected by water levels and may not be available 24/7 (ex; heavy rains tend to rise water levels in the river and may prevent access to such beaches);
- Limited quantity of vegetable oil, salt, pepper, quality loose leaf teas, Nespresso Vertuo capsules, instant coffee, granulated sugar, paper towel, and tissues provided;
