One of two stunning new architectural tree-houses perched above forest surrounds & located on the Nelson-Richmond border within easy riding distance of Silvan Forest riding & walking trails.
Located on the outskirts of Richmond, in a rural environment with superb access to recreational options, and only minutes away from Richmond shops, Nelson City and Stoke.
Silvan Forest Pods are an ideal basis for any traveller and are well suited to corporate stays, romantic getaways, mountainbiking trips or family holidays.
**Special conditions & notes**:
- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.
**Cancellation, COVID travel restrictions, Compassionate Circumstances**:
- Please disregard the "Bookings at this property are non-refundable" information presented on this listing site.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks before arrival for any reason and you'll pay no more than 20% of the booking total + VRBO/affiliate site fees.
- We will provide free postponement of your booking in the event of government travel restrictions, serious illness or other eligible compassionate circumstances.
