Located only 200m to the patrolled area of Dicky Beach and even less to the Dicky Beach Take-aways, cafes, Surf Club and IGA.
This two bedroom unit is located on the ground floor level and is part of a two-storey property, however, you have complete private access in and out of the property via the side street (Bott Street). This modern unit will comfortably sleep up to 4 guests in two bedrooms and is also pet friendly for small dogs inside and outside - it has a good sized yard and there is a nice undercover patio area to enjoy. It is located in a quiet street, feeling away from the business of town, yet close enough to be in the hustle and bustle within only a few minutes drive.
The interior is a neutral modern style with a fully self contained kitchen including a Coffee Pod machine (BYO pods), spacious bathroom with separate shower and bath tub
The property is fully screened with security mesh. The unit is located on the ground floor so there are no stairs (only 1 small lip to walk up when entering the unit).
There is a washing machine and clothes airer, but no dryer, however there is a clothes line in the yard.
Please note that this property is completely non smoking. If you wish to smoke please do so outside the premises.

Linen
Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office.
