This modern unit will comfortably sleep up to 4 guests in two bedrooms and is also pet friendly for small dogs inside and outside - it has a good sized yard and there is a nice undercover patio area to enjoy. It is located in a quiet street, feeling away from the business of town, yet close enough to be in the hustle and bustle within only a few minutes drive.

The interior is a neutral modern style with a fully self contained kitchen including a Coffee Pod machine (BYO pods), spacious bathroom with separate shower and bath tub

The property is fully screened with security mesh. The unit is located on the ground floor so there are no stairs (only 1 small lip to walk up when entering the unit).

There is a washing machine and clothes airer, but no dryer, however there is a clothes line in the yard.

Please note that this property is completely non smoking. If you wish to smoke please do so outside the premises.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
