Two access codes will be generated for your stay: a QR code to enter the building and a numeric code to access the apartment. Both codes are personal and non-transferable and may only be used by the guests included in the reservation. For security purposes, once the booking is confirmed, our Guest Service team will request personal information for all guests (full name and ID number), which will be verified at check-in.
