This quiet interior studio offers privacy and calm in the middle of the city, with a small private patio on the first floor. Managed by a professional team with 20 years of experience in Buenos Aires.


Located at just steps from Av. Corrientes and minutes from Buenos Aires’ main landmarks: Obelisco (10 min), Congress (8 min), Recoleta (10 min), and Palermo (20 min). A strategic location to move easily between cultural, dining, and shopping areas. Puerto Madero and Casa Rosada are also just a short ride away.

NoMa is fully automated — no reception, no waiting. Access the building with a personal QR code via HipCam, and your apartment with your own numeric door code. Both are sent before arrival. Free luggage lockers available at ground level if you arrive early or check out late.
