We have stayed at a lot of condos over the years and this one was ok. Pros:Location - lots of restaurants in area, grocery too and quick to airport for early morning flights Decent set up with bedrooms upstairs with their own bathroom Garage was great to have and easy in and out Did provide toilet paper and paper towels, no napkins and limited Kleenex Cons: Primary bedroom had a queen bed not king. Very disappointing as I wanted a kingKitchen had a lot of stuff you need but missing mixing bowls, strainers, hot pads to put hot pans on, microwaveable containersâŠ.Heat was incredibly difficult to regulate. We had it turned off most of the time as upstairs got warm but downstairs got cold. The temperature gauge didnât seem to work. We used the extra blankets on the first floor Living room furniture was ok not great. Also only one lamp or had to use overhead light.
The location was great as it is close to restaurants, stores, bus stops, and highway access. Only 30 minutes from Salt Lake City, 10 minutes to Park city, allows for easy access to city events or outdoor adventures. We spent two days in the Salt Lake City areas enjoying the parks and aquariums. Utah Olympic Park is only minutes away from the Condo and good for a half day of fun outdoors. The condo itself is in a quiet neighborhood with bike paths and bus stops nearby. The two bedrooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The living room and kitchen was open and relaxing after a long day out. The garage fits a full-size pickup and was easy to access. Extra parking is a first come basis and fills up at night. The only downfall is there is no AC and the days over 90 meant the inside got to 78 degrees downstairs and wouldn't cool off until nighttime. The upstairs rooms remained warm even with the windows open at night, ceiling fans helped some but box fans for the windows would have been great. If AC was added or something to provide better airflow at night in the bedrooms, I would definitely recommend to others during the summer months.
