Great, clean place in a quiet neighborhood just a very short to downtown Bentonville and other sites. We appreciated the board games, the electric fire place and the super comfy beds! Would recommend this to anyone else coming for a visit!
Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend visit to Bentonville. After some long days on the trails it was so nice to come back to this super comfy and modern home. Nice big comfortable beds, modern amenities and the showers are the best!
Great location to use Mountain Bikes and Lake adventures. Property was clean aside from the Widow spiders creeping around the garage. Family enjoyed the place and the extra checkers/chess/games. Great layout and fun place to stay.
Terrific house in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect location, can ride to all of the trails in only a few minutes. Nicely modernized, with comfortable beds and the best showers ever!! Our host was very accommodating and accessible :)
We loved our stay in this Bentonville home! We and another couple had plenty of space and we were all quite comfortable. The home was very clean with a good remodel. We enjoyed playing games in the living room when we weren't out on bike trails or in museums. Airship coffee at the Pumphouse was just a short walk away!
Quiet neighborhood within riding distance to downtown Bentonville, Slaughter Pen trails, coler and we even rode to the back 40. The house is modernized with everything we needed and the bike stand in the garage came in handy. We would stay here again if available on our next trip.
Updated, modern, clean and comfortable home in Bentonville. Amenities were really nice - new appliances including laundry machine. Comfortable beds and renovated bathrooms. Nice touches including Keurig and pods. We stayed for a weekend event in Bentonville and the location was quiet and convenient. Property manager very responsive.
The pictures of the property are accurate. The neighborhood is very quiet. We were the for corporate training for the week. After a day at work it was a very nice change. Quiet, clean and easy access to anywhere in Bentonville.
The house was comfortable, clean & convenient. Backyard is yet to be cleaned up after winter and with all the rain was a bit overgrown, so did not use patio. Bedrooms and baths were clean and nicely decorated, and we slept well. Kitchen adequately equipped, but we did not do much cooking, so any omissions were a non-issue. Glad to have had this optionâso much nicer than trying to visit with far flung friends in hotel spaces! Ashton was very responsive when needed.
Access to the garage was very much appreciated during the steady rain. There isnât a remote, but the door can be opened by a red button on the wall to the right of the stairs in the garage. Lots of space to spread out for a couple, quiet residential neighbourhood. Note the entry table behind the couch has USB outlets for charging your devices!
A dream location for mountain bikers. Great location between two main bike trail systems. A bike ride away from downtown Bentonville and good restaurants. Bring or rent an e-bike. Bonus but not required. The weather this time of year was warm and at times hot for April. A short drive away from more trails. We were pleasantly surprised as it was our first visit to Arkansas. And specifically Bentonville. A state of the art climbing gym nearby was a bonus for our son.
The house itself was clean and had a nice layout. A garage was a must for us to keep our bikes secure.
We had to wash sheets and dishes before enjoying the nice home.
We waited a long time on the porch trying to reach the property owner to respond. Door would not open due to a low battery. Beds were unmade and dishes in dishwasher had to be run. We had to wash sheets before sleeping. This cut into our enjoyment of an otherwise nice property.
The Friday before our Monday check-in I called Ashton to touch base. No call back. On Monday we arrived at proper time but could not get in. The lock was supposed to have been synced to our phone number, but no go. We called Ashton and he apologized, saying he had 'mis-read' his calendar and the property wasn't ready, as he had to put on new bedding and replace towels etc. He gave his numbers for the electronic lock, but they didn't work either. He came by around 5 pm and let us in, but did not change the numbers on the lock, saying they had had problems with that lock. Gave me the physical key to unlock the back door. Next day he replaced the batteries in the lock, but it still gave us problems, so for most of our time there we used the back door.
Property itself was very nice as advertised except for piles of dead wet leaves around the little patio in back and in front of the front porch. Back yard needed mowing. Overall, I would rate the experience at 7, due to communications difficulty with manager and on-going lock problems.
