Stay was great loved the latch service once we figured it out. The couch the pills out was not pulling out we had to just sleep on the couch. That was the only negative experience we had the rest was great.
1) I was asked to send pictures of my credit card and when I balked they cancelled the reservation until I sent. They said it was for my protection even though they had already charged it. Also PCI compliance says you are not allowed to store credit card info in your system, let alone a picture of the front and back.
2) The apartment smelled like old curry the whole time I was there. I am not sure if it was from inside or next door but I didn't smell it in the hallway.
3) Even though there was a thermostat when I tried to adjust the heat nothing happened. Cool air and the fan blew the whole time I was there.
A. The location was great. A quick walk to Union Station and Metro. A grocery store 1 block away.
B. Very clean
C. Bed was comfortable
Something simple but aggravating: when I tried to plug my toothbrush in to the GFCI plug in the bathroom it would not go into slot. I ended up plugging it in a regular slot in the living room.
I did not bother to report this to management beyond the card issue. I guess I was still salty about that.
