Its excellent amenities and close proximity to downtown and outdoor adventures make it the ideal place to stay during your vacation in Moab. In the warmer months, experience hiking, biking, kayaking, parks, and other exciting activities by day, then settle into your well-stocked, exquisitely decorated Moab rental home at night with its open floor plan, hot tub, and comfortable entertaining and sleeping accommodations. In the colder months, enjoy lower rates and fewer crowds with cross-country and backcountry skiing, winter hiking, winter biking, and shopping just a short distance away!

Our "Go To" location!!

This is our 3rd time staying here. It meets our expectations every time. We love the proximity to town and walk in daily to dinner or to the food court. They have thought of everything from providing a grocery barcode for discounts to a fully functional kitchen.

Best place to stay in Moab

This property was fantastic. Plenty of space, spotless and the attention to details can’t be beat. A lot of VRBOs are furnished with pieces that are cheaper or just thrown together. This house is super comfortable with upscale furnishings and well stocked kitchen & bathrooms. We stayed for a week & visited Arches, Goblin Valley & Canyonlands. Set behind Main St, you are close to restaurants & grocery stores. If you are looking for a place to relax after a long day touring the parks, this is it!

Great location and house

The house was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay: plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, pool towels, kitchen needs, etc. It was very comfortable for and easy to get to. The hot tub was nice and the kids enjoyed the pool. We appreciated being able to bring our dog with us. Communication with the host was easy and fast. Would absolutely recommend this place and would stay there again!

Great house, convenient location

Five of us stayed here for a guys' mtn biking trip. Worked out great! Great space, super convenient location, walkable to multiple bike stores, the food trucks, and main street downtown. Will stay at this property again. House was clean and well maintained, private hot tub out back was super nice to have. Plenty of parking on the street. Property manager texted to check in on things, and the only issue was promptly addressed (gate latch was broken- no impact to our trip). Really enjoyed staying here.

This was an outstanding home. Everything that we would want in our own homes was there. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into the details and ensuring that We didn't have to worry about anything. If we are ever in Moab again we would definitely stay here. And we would highly recommend it.

Great location for our Utah National Parks visit

We were six women on a road trip through Northern Arizona and Utah parks, this house in Moab was a perfect 3 day stop for this leg if the trip. We loved the ability to walk into town to shop, dine or enjoy happy hour and supermarkets were also close by. The Visitor Center was a great addition to help us fine tune our travel plans and we were able to take advantage of some local entertainment. The house was perfectly appointed, allowing us the ability to spread out, have quiet space, sit outside or enjoy the hot tub, cook dinner as a group with ample room to dine and hang out as a group. Access to the washer/dryer is a plus for any road trip. Loved the Moab area and the house was perfect for our stay and I would highly recommend it to a family or friends looking for a spacious fully appointed option in Moab.

Perfect Location

The house was a perfect location for our group of 5 adults on our side by side trip. All the provided amenities were a bonus which added to the convenience of our stay. If in Moab again, we would definitely stay here.

Great location - well-equipped

This place is super well-equipped! It felt like being at a real home. They even had ziploc bags and saran wrap, which I swear no rentals ever do. :) Oh and a cooler in the garage! Plenty of towels, extra bedding, etc etc. It felt very clean and spacious and you can't beat the location. The hot tub on the back patio was fun. The indoor pool down the street was nice to have but so.loud. in there. We all really loved this place! The only one negative is that there was not enough hot water by a long shot. The shower heads are the kind that put out a ton of water so I'm sure that doesn't help. I'm unsure if the tank is just too small for this size of unit / the two bathrooms? Or if there was a problem. The maintenance team came out to take a look but I never heard back from them. Like it was so bad that even one person couldn't take a normal length shower without the hot water running out. This is the only thing that would make me pause about booking here again. I had two ice cold showers the first two days until I insisted on being the first one to shower the last day! :) Everything else was so wonderful!

Awesome stay in Moab

This house was perfect. Great location - walk to dinner - super clean. Incredibly comfortable beds and process / management was responsive. No issues while we stayed - and will definitely return. Won’t disappoint.

Nice Place to Stay

The home was very clean. Well appointed with thoughtful amenities. The linens and beds were soft and comfortable. The cable and internet were reliable. My son took advantage of the hot tub every night and my dog loved the fenced yard. Our kids visited the bike park at the end of the street multiple times a day. Really great location.

Lovely Place to Stay

The house was so clean, cozy, quiet. The property management staff was friendly and checked in to make sure all was okay. A lovely place to stay and very close to shops and restaurants. Great fenced yard for a dog too.

Exceptional property, very comfortable, surprisingly spacious and private, very well appointed, and a top-notch and responsive property management team. Excellent location, an easy walk to excellent restaurants and shops in downtown Moab. We hope to return every year!
