For security purposes, our Guest Service team will be asking you to complete personal information for all guests (full name and ID number) after your booking is confirmed. This info will be checked upon check-in.

The keys will be waiting for you at a building we operate. It's located at:
Rodriguez Peña 151, Microcentro
That address is a 10-minute drive from the apartment. At the end of this message, we include reference photos to locate the locker on the ground floor.
There is another option for key pickup, on weekdays between 10am and 5pm. You can stop by our offices at SANCHEZ DE BUSTAMANTE 2320, floor 3, apartment B, Recoleta.
We can also offer the option of meeting you in person at the apartment, for a fee ranging from USD 30 to 50 (depending on the time and day of the week).
