Nestled on one of Mount Maunganui's most coveted streets, this tastefully appointed Tuscan villa is a sanctuary for up to 8 guests seeking a luxury beach escape in one of New Zealand's most desirable holiday spots.
The space
As you step inside, the thoughtfully curated details of modern fixtures, natural timber furnishings, and earthy tones create a welcoming ambiance across two levels. The open-plan kitchen and dining area, adorned with a glossy, light-tilted floor, exudes brightness and warmth. The kitchen, equipped with top-notch appliances including a Smeg coffee machine, invites you to savor every moment of your stay. The breakfast bar adds an extra dimension, providing ample seating for your group to come together.
Black French doors lead to a generously sized deck, blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces. Here, a luxurious outdoor lounge suite beckons for daytime snoozing or cloud-watching.
A chic living room on the first level features an inviting couch positioned in front of a large projector for an immersive entertainment experience. The first level also houses a queen-size bedroom with a workspace area, offering versatility and convenience. The main bathroom echoes a Tuscan Italian feel with its titled shower, bath, and basin.
Venturing upstairs, another beautifully designed living area awaits, setting the stage for relaxation and enjoyment. The large master bedroom on the second floor exudes a resort-like feel with a California king-sized bed, a private balcony, and a dreamy ensuite featuring a shower, basin, and spa bath. Bedrooms three and four each boast a queen-sized bed, and a third bathroom on this level ensures convenience for all guests.
The fully equipped laundry room, complete with a washing machine, dryer, and basin, adds to the convenience of your stay. Parking space for three cars is available in the driveway, though please note that there is no garage access.
