Private pool that can be heated for a fee. Home has central heating and air along with two window air conditioners. Washer and dryer in the home to make it easier for laundry day. Home is pet friendly with a $300 deposit. Gourmet kitchen to prepare your favorite appetizers to take to the grill for an evening of watching the sunset off the channel.
