To accommodate longer stays a second or third booking is required.
Unser Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist zwar nicht mehr im neuesten Zustand, aber immer wenn etwas war, hat uns der Vermieter James sofort geholfen.
I have lived in Winnipeg, Canada for most of my life. Traveled across Canada and south to Cuba quite often in the Winter. Renovation and woodworking are the things that I enjoy and many of the pieces in the suites are my work. Each suite in the building was renovated by me and with love and care to make it a special place to visit. Some of the suites have the 1908 look with retro appliances and modern fixtures. I have a Doberman named Clay that is being trained and it's a great way to spend time. I work and help out with a special needs program in the City called Equals Opportunities West . They employ special needs people to recycle electronics and are one of the best organizations there is in our city
I love this property for many reasons. It has a huge footprint and holds 6 suites that are complete with kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms all of which are around 800 sq feet of living space. Very comfortable size and all the things you need for comfort are included. The property is in the center of the City and makes it easy to get to any point of interest within a short time. There is a garden space in the front and parking in the back of the building. The property is located in the Wolseley area of the city. Wolseley is a quite older neighborhood with lots of oak tree parks and bike riding trails. The property is close to the Winnipeg area ( Jets ) the Forks shopping, Polo Park shopping and Parliament building, Winnipeg Zoo, and three of the main Hospitals.
The unique location is what makes this an ideal location for a rental space . Wolseley is a older residential area with quite streets and large older homes . A safe and charming area with old churches and many corner stores and coffee shops in walking distance of the house . Grocery stores are close to the home and schools and university access . I made all my suites with a different theme and day to day I add more detail and improvements to the property . The property and its location is what makes this a unique benefit also as its in the center of the city !
