This cozy two-bedroom condo sits right across the street from Florida’s sandy white beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. This unit features updated furnishings, including stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen which has everything to prepare a meal for your family and friends. Whether you are enjoying the comfortable furniture inside or relaxing by the complex's shared pool you are sure to find relaxation at this condo!

The main bedroom features a king size bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a twin bunk bed. The guest bathroom down the hall has a walk-in shower for your guests. This property also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. 1 parking spot only.

Great getaway spot

We had town for a quick weekend getaway . This was a great place to stay ! Clean, beautiful views , across the street from the beach. Walking distance to great live music , restaurants and shopping ! Highly recommend !

Solid Stay in Madeira Beach

Clean, efficient property. The view of the gulf is better than advertised. Short, easy walk to a section of beach that is less busy than further north. Located within easy walking distance of John's Pass shops and restaurants.

Great location and views!

Walk to shops and restaurants at John’s Pass.Full beach views from master bedroom and balcony. Bunk beds were small for our adult guest. Master is comfy. The area is reopening nicely now so you will enjoy your stay even after the hurricanes .

Madeira Beach

This was our first time to Madeira Beach and we will definitely be back! The condo was the perfect size for our family of four. The condo was very clean and updated. Management was very responsive and helpful! Access to the beach was located directly across the condo and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Amazing ocean view and just a block from shops and restaurants at John’s Pass. Easy access to beach. Would definitely recommend this Condo. Never needed to communicate with Property Manager, instructions for entry to building and condo were easy, everything in our stay was enjoyable.

Spring Break Getaway

Lovely property for our spring break beach trip. Everything was as described in the listing. The location was perfect for being at the beach or the Pass. We could walk everywhere! The only negative was that the pool/deck is super small for servicing two buildings worth of guests. There were two really windy days that made staying on the beach difficult but there wasn’t room at the pool for another option. Other than that, it was a great stay!

The place was really nice, views were excellent and the closeness to Johns Pass was great. We rented a golf cart for transportation and it had a standard 110V/3 prong plug in. The office manager/ parking the guy said we couldnt plug it in or it would be towed, as it was a electric one. Now I understand that is something we should have checked before, He kept saying was... we are going to tow it! Instead of offering solutions. Kinda made for. Bad experience.
