The guest bathroom and laundry room with full-size washer and dryer end the hallway before walking into the open living space with the incredible kitchen and lovely open living room featuring a peaceful view of the water and golf course beyond.
This first-floor two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo overlooks a lovely pond and golf course. Beyond that are protected wetlands leading directly out to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico.
Facing West- youll have the best artwork nature has to offer every night on the lanai.
