We enjoyed our stay very much! It was able to accommodate our large family well. The host was very responsive when one of the refrigerators wasn't cold. I wish we had known about station46marina.com. It's very close and rents boats and jet skis. We ended up going much farther for rentals.

Great experience

It was a very beautiful spot and environment. Clean house and cozy decor. I wish the propane grills were in better shape, they were rusted and haven’t been maintained in quite some time. Overall was a good time.

Excellent location and house. We had a fantastic time. The house was clean and prepared for us. A lot of trash sitting outside of the house in one location like it was not dumped for a long time. Other than that the property was clean and nice. We would defiantly return to this house.

The house was great! We had plenty of room for everyone and enough bedrooms! It would have been nice if there was a little more around the area to do but we made do and enjoyed being together with family

Such a nice and relaxing time at the lake! House had everything we needed and lots of space. We spent most of our time outside on the multiple decks and dock. Very nice and relaxing location! Hope to be back soon!

This is a nice place; glad to see the owner put in a larger table in the dining room.The access to the lake is extremely steep so beware; one our party could hardly make it back up to the house.

Home away from home

This lovely home was just what my family needed for a getaway. Not all of my siblings were able to attend but that was okay since plans always change. My dad had so much fun fishing and we werent that far from the attractions there. The ride to get to the house was like a roller coaster but it was nice to see the nature on the way there. Definitely will come back and do more exploring.

Family lake trip

For our particular group, a tv upstairs living room for adults morning coffee and catching up on the news, a regular coffee pot for several drinking coffee instead of Kureg,more cookware choices for making meals,the bed pillows were very hard , as well as king beds instead of queens always a more comfortable choice for sleeping , us 6 adults had to pick straws for the king bed lol,, it’s very hard when going with several adults to be lucky enough to find a place with multiple king beds ,,so we all get a good nights sleep like we would at home, there’s only 2 recliners for tv down stairs maybe a love seat in addition to provide enough seating ,,we have rented countless homes through Vrbo and other vacation providers and we like to leave an honest review or suggestions on what may having been more beneficial to our particular group , these are not complaints, it was a nice clean home and the owner ver comunità e,, most of these things I shared here are what we have talked about with many people that agree with these things mentioned here thanks

Feels like home, beautiful lake views, supportive customer service!!

Beautiful lakefront views, lovely cabin, customer service was highly attentive, we will be coming back very soon!! We felt immediately at home!! Upon entering, you see the lake, the expertly designed interiors and know you will love this place. Comfort is evident in this home. Reclining sofa and love seat, along with 3 individual recliners!! The views were lovely from the living room, 2 main floor bedrooms and the deck off of the living room. Upper deck had a bar height table with 3 chairs and a crank out awning for shade!! The lower deck was covered by the upper and had a table with 4 chairs. The dock includes 2 slips, 2 kayaks and a paddle board. Bedrooms: King (1-main), queen (3, 1-main, 2-lower level) and a full over twin bunkbed (1- main). The beds were more comfortable than most hotels we have stayed in!! Pillows were top level, we bring our own, but used theirs because they were better!! Bathrooms (3) - king has a spacious ensuite, corner tub and shower!! Full bath next to the main queen bedroom, shared with the bunk bedroom. Tub/shower combination and nice vanity. The lower bathroom is a Jack and Jill with the 2-queen bedrooms, attached to one. Large walk-in shower, high vanity and extraordinarily large. Plenty of towels, toiletries, travel sized sundries, even a make-up remover face towel!! The kitchen is expansive, well-appointed with needed, worked great! I truly appreciated all soaps. Customer service was exceedingly helpful!! We had a great time! Thanks!

House has Potential, but it and Evolve Need Work

The home was pretty much as described, with the layout and amenities matching the listing. However, we encountered several issues that detracted from our overall experience. Firstly, the cleanliness was subpar. There was dust on everything, making our stay uncomfortable. Given that we were charged a large cleaning fee, and I suspect the previous guests were as well, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness. The house has five bedrooms, but only three had closets, and two of those were locked. We had to hang our clothes on bathroom hooks, door knobs, and other improvised spots. Additionally, there was no iron or ironing board available, so if you want one, you will need to bring one. Upon our arrival, we found a shattered window (just the exterior pane) next to the door. Despite reporting it immediately and following up twice with a photo for documentation, we never received a response from management. The view from the house was great, and the depth near the boat dock was over my 6-foot nephew's head, indicating it could support a large boat with a deep draft. The only chairs available for the dock were uncomfortable hard folding metal chairs. The listing indicates there is cable/sattelite. That is not accurate. In summary, while the house has potential with its layout and scenic view, the cleanliness issues, poor communication from management, and lack of basic amenities like closets and proper seating made our stay less enjoyable

After reviewing our records, we couldn't find any messages from you during your stay.-We have notified our cleaning crew about your concerns. The house is located on a dusty, unpaved road, and the increased traffic during the high season can lead to dust accumulating quickly.-Regarding your comments about the closets, we have dressers in every room except the one with the bunk bed. The two locked closets are used to store extra bedding and supplies for the house.-We have scheduled a repair for the window in early August.-We will also consider adding an ironing board and iron. The outdoor furniture with cushions was lost during a recent tornado, so we opted for portable furniture that can be easily stored indoors.-Thank you once again for your valuable feedback; we have considered all your suggestions.Our commitment to providing an exceptional stay remains steadfast, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests.

Nice place, minimal parking for a 5 bedroom house, half mile of wet gravel to get to it, and the lock didn't work at first. Easily fixed, but frustrating.
