The home has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a relaxing plunge pool, and a fun foossball game upstairs in the loft. Open the doors to your vacation home. First you will find a beautiful queen bedroom with a ensuite. Follow the path you have a open concept living and dining area with a full state of the art kitchen. It's the perfect layout to not miss anything, you can cook, eat, and watch a movie, game or show all at the same time or even chat with family or friends. Open the sliding doors to your own private pool oasis looking over the stunning greenery. The plunge pool is great for the kids to cool off. Make your way upstairs to the main bedroom with a huge private bathroom and walk-in closet. The third bedroom has one bunk bed with twin beds and one single twin bed with a shareable bathroom. All rooms have TV's! *Pool heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
