Welcome to our newly renovated apartment in one of Toronto's most desirable neighbourhoods! Located in the west side of the city, our apartment is within walking distance of St. Clair West and is conveniently close to Casa Loma, The Annex, and Little Italy. Downtown Toronto is only a 15-minute drive away!
Our apartment is situated in the city of York, which boasts hectares of protected Greenbelt. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, but just a stone's throw away, you'll find a vibrant area with an incredible variety of bars and restaurants, offering menus from all around the world. If you're looking for a great meal or a night out, our area has plenty to offer to make your stay enjoyable.
The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, making it the perfect place for families or group of friends. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and a sofa bed, while the second bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 double size mattresses. There is also a large living room and a huge dining area for you and your guests to enjoy.
It is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully functional kitchen with all the necessary supplies and appliances such as kettle, coffeemaker, toaster, frying pans and saucepans, tea, coffee, etc. A washer and dryer with detergent are also available! Bathrooms are equipped with towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, and other toiletries.
Please note that we have five additional apartments within the same building, each featuring an identical layout, furniture, and appliances. If the dates you are looking for are unavailable, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will check the availability of our other apartments!
Kindly be aware of two separate fees, calculated and processed through VRBO post-confirmation, should they be applicable to your reservation: parking and pet fees.
The pet fee is $5 per night per pet. We love having your furry friends stay with us and are always ready to welcome them with open arms!
For parking, the fee is $5 per night per parking spot. We have limited parking spaces available, so please inquire about reserving a spot in advance. While we cannot always guarantee availability, there are alternative parking options nearby - outdoor parking at 500m and covered parking at 800m from the apartment.
Please note that unauthorized vehicles parked in our or our neighbour's spots will be towed at the owner's expense.
After booking confirmation, in accordance with our insurance requirements and security measures, we will kindly ask the person who made the booking to provide a selfie holding their government-issued photo ID. Additionally, we will ask to provide us with the full names of all guests who will be staying in the apartment. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated!
