The floor also includes the master bedroom and bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower. A sitting room is located off the master bedroom for work or leisure featuring a desk and comfy reading chair. Additionally, there are two upper-floor bedrooms, a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and 2 covered porches. The lower level has a front entry and a door opening to the back patio with a covered exterior staircase. There is a 2nd living area on this level and two bedrooms with a shared bath with tub/shower combination. The washer/dryer, a full-size refrigerator, microwave and utility sink are located in a separate room on this level. This beautiful, fully updated home is just a short 3 ½ minute walk to the beach!

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
