Only minutes from award winning cellar doors and restaurants, and a five minute drive to both Smiths Beach and iconic Yallingup Beach, the location is unbeatable. The beach town of Dunsborough is approximately 10 minutes drive away with shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and the historic Caves House Hotel is less than 5 minutes away. Even better is to return to the house after the days activity’s and either take in the sunset over the stunning ocean views on the deck, cook a bbq on the outdoor kitchen, or curl up in front of the fireplace with a glass of red. The deck has a state of the art retractable canopy and cafe blinds, so you can maximise your alfresco comfort, protected from both the sun and wind in summer and rain in winter. There is also a fire pit for cosy evenings in winter.
There is reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the property, including all bedrooms. The only down side is having to leave at the end of your stay.
