Plenty of space

Nice house. Plenty of space. Parking not great. Pool a little dirty. “Princess” room not really a princess room just a girls room.

Nice little spot

The property was nice and the villa was okay. The reason for my 3 star rating is because they need new beds!! That king bed was horrible to sleep in (a hotel would never)!! I can’t wait to get home to my own bed. Not to mention I have to go get a massage when I get home because I got a crook in my neck and my sciatica is bothering me, which made my 2 and half hour ride home uncomfortable. The neighbors we had on both sides had kids and they were super loud in the pool all night and in the morning, it was a bit much! It was like they was on our porch. And one of them dumped there food in our driveway while we were out, came back and had to call to have someone clean it up because it was nasty and I almost stepped in it getting out the car when we returned. (I would like to say when I called to have someone come clean it up- didn’t want to be blamed or charged for that mess- they did someone out to clean it up)

Thank you for your feedback, Starr. We greatly value your feedback as we appreciate the opportunity to ensure we are meeting our guests’ expectations. We are extremely disappointed to learn that you did not enjoy the beds and encountered some noise issues with the neighboring families on vacation. We certainly understand your frustrations and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. This is not the typical feedback we receive from our guests, but we greatly appreciate you bringing these items to our attention as we are always looking to improve our guests’ experiences. In the future, please be sure to reach out to us as we are more than happy to ensure our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
