Welcome to "ISLAND BREEZE"! This gorgeous beachfront home is located in the St. George Plantation and has access to the community amenities including two swimming pools, fitness center, pickle ball court, tennis courts, nature trails and bicycle paths. The exterior features a beautifully landscaped entrance, private covered parking, enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, fish cleaning station, an outdoor wet bar with lounge area that looks out to the beach and beyond, park-style grill and a private boardwalk to the beach. New to the property is a private pool that can be heated for a fee. The ground floor foyer features a staircase and elevator making unloading a breeze. Moving up to the first floor, you are greeted by the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. This floor features wood floors throughout. The living area offers comfortable seating, fireplace, smart TV with satellite, Blu-ray, Netflix and Amazon streaming. The beachfront deck offers 180-degree island views, rocking chairs and an outdoor dining table that seats 8. The kitchen is well stocked and equipped with stainless appliances, granite counter tops and a breakfast bar that seats 4. The first floor features 3 of the 5 bedrooms, including one with direct access to the large, screened porch. The master suite is handicap accessible and features a king bed with en-suite bathroom that is handicap accessible and features a freedom shower. Two other bedrooms feature en-suite bathroom. The second floor (accessible by elevator) has sleeping accommodations that include 2 bedrooms with direct access to the porch, featuring panoramic views of the Gulf. Both bedrooms on this floor feature en-suite bathrooms.

AMENITIES: Private pool, multiple TVs, elevator, well equipped kitchen with granite tile countertops and stainless appliances, hardwood flooring throughout, and handicap accessible master suite with handicap accessible bathroom featuring a freedom shower. Covered screened porch, under-house lounge area, outdoor kitchen area, fish cleaning station, enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, park-style charcoal grill, under-house concrete parking. Dog kennel is provided and required to be used when your pet must be left alone in property. Outdoor Mini Fridge and Stand Alone Ice Maker are not available.
