The apartment features an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, creating a functional and welcoming space for families or groups. The kitchen has been fully renovated, offering modern finishes and improved functionality, while the bathrooms have been partially updated with new vanities.
Large windows and a breezy layout allow for plenty of natural light and airflow throughout, enhancing the relaxed, tropical feel.
With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the apartment comfortably accommodates families or groups, providing both shared spaces to gather and private areas to unwind.
Positioned within a quiet complex, the apartment offers a more peaceful, residential feel while still being within easy reach of the beach and town.
Please note the apartment is accessed via stairs, as there is no lift within the complex. The elevated position contributes to the privacy and outlook, but may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.
