The master bedroom has its own private balcony and ensuite – equipped with a tiled shower and spa bath. Meanwhile, the upper level provides two additional bedrooms and a convenient full-sized family bathroom.

The home is encompassed by outdoor living areas to maximise the surrounding views. The decking provides outdoor seating - perfect for al fresco dining as you overlook the pool and landscape. With extensive decking and balconies, you can immerse yourself in the stunning vista! You’re located on a well-tended and beautifully landscaped site.

Located just south of the town centre, you’re just a four-minute drive from the charm of Havelock North central – which provides a range of boutique shopping, cafes and restaurants! There’s plenty to explore in the area - Tainui Reserve is just across the road and the Te Mata Peak is a 12-minute drive away, with breathtaking panoramic views of Hawkes Bay and biking and walking trails. Make sure to visit the array of wineries and vineyards in the surrounding area!

The garage is available for use but will have to be opened with internal switch. Please note that the far right car park is not to be used.

Please note the the bottom floor of the property may be in use by the owners during your stay. This is a completely self contained floor, so should not impact your stay.

Please note that two of the bedrooms have single, fold out chairs for children 12 and under.
