Great pad, newly decorated with a brand new kitchen, excellent layout, and everything you need, even a washer and dryer. The owner is very responsive. Quiet neighborhood in an incredible location close to everything.

Beautiful place, very roomy for us, and decorated nicely. Large smart TV, well-stocked kitchen, new furniture and bed, new kitchen, everything you could ask for. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything needed for my stay...excellent place!

Beautiful place in a great neighborhood and an excellent location. Tastefully decorated and plenty of room. Brand new kitchen fully stocked with all the essentials. Even has a laundry room for the guests. The owners were very helpful and it was a very easy check-in. Top-notch and much better and cheaper than a hotel. Only a few blocks from the Hard Rock Casino and an easy drive to Tampa or even Orlando. Would definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I were in town for a sporting event, and this studio was a great alternative to an expensive hotel. Loved that we had the option cook our own meals. No complaints about the studio. Our stay was seamless.

Cute well well-laid-out efficiency

This place has all you need and is much better than a hotel. You have plenty of space and a full-size new kitchen. The owner put in an entirely brand-new bathroom/shower before our stay, and it is beautiful. This was the perfect place for us. I would highly recommend this studio. It is also close to the Casino for those who like to go there. I would give this a 6-star if I could. Look no further, this is the place for you!!!

We were in Tampa to connect with family from up North as well as living in Tampa. The Studio was nicely appointed and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location was very good for our needs. There was plenty of room for the two of us.

Visited a friend and stayed at the coolest pad. Everything is completely remodeled and brand new. The owner was great, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and roomy. Excellent location, a few short blocks from the Hard Rock Casino and state fairgrounds. Easy access to the airport and anywhere. Most everything is within 15 minutes. Right across the street from a lake in a cute little neighborhood. Very well decorated!
