Donât miss out on this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Designer home in the Village of Richmond. This lovely home has an open concept that is light and bright. The kitchen is large with all the amenities you would need in a home. The kitchen, dining and living room are all open and inviting you to come in and kick your feet up and relax. The master bedroom has a king size bed and TVand an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms have queen size beds and are on the other side of the house from the master bedroom, with the guest bathroom and walk-in shower between them. The enclosed lanai is just waiting for you to curl up with a good book and enjoy a glass of wine. In the evening you can go to the Brownwood Paddock Square, to enjoy the live music, restaurants, and have a drink or two during happy hour. Within 15 minutes there are several golf courses and Sawgrass Grove. The sky is the limit as far as things to do when in The Villages, Fl.
