Escape in style at this luxurious city sanctuary, a modern architecturally designed home that perfectly blends open-plan living and entertaining. The spacious layout is ideal for groups, offering a harmonious balance of shared spaces and private retreats.
As you step inside, the expansive view of the kitchen, living area, and central pool creates an immediate sense of grandeur. The home is surrounded by lush tropical gardens that offer complete privacy, making you feel a world away, yet only a few minutesâ drive from the city center.
This luxurious property features a private swimming pool and multiple living and entertaining areas, making it perfect for family holidays or groups of friends. The two generous king master bedrooms come with en suite bathrooms, and the main bathroom, complete with a freestanding bath and walk-in shower, serves the other rooms. There is also a separate powder room and toilet for added convenience. All rooms are equipped with modern split-system air conditioning to ensure comfort throughout your stay.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine, and flows seamlessly into the covered outdoor entertaining area. Here, youâll find a large dining table, outdoor sofa, bar fridge, and a Weber BBQ, making it perfect for alfresco dining and relaxation. The internal laundry, complete with a washing machine, tub, and basket, adds to the convenience.
Youâll have exclusive access to the property during your stay. While the garage is locked for owner storage, off-street parking for two vehicles is available, with additional street parking nearby.
The house is conveniently located just a few kilometers from the city and Esplanade, and a 15-minute walk will take you to the central shopping center, where youâll find everything you need, including Coles, Woolworths, and a variety of stores. The city center is only a 3-minute drive away, and the airport is just 6 minutes by car. The Cairns Central shopping center and Esplanade are a short 15-minute stroll.
To make the most of your time in Cairns, renting a car is highly recommended. Many of the region's must-see attractions, such as waterfalls, beaches, and botanical gardens, are just a short drive away. For evenings out, taxis are affordable, and with Uber now available in Cairns, a trip to the city center will cost around $8.
We also offer in-house travel services through Cozie Travel, where our team of local experts can assist with booking tours, car rentals, and excursions. Whether you need help planning your adventures or simply want honest advice, we are always here to help.

Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.
Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined.
