Mise Ă  jour, lumineux, aĂ©rĂ©, moderne et efficace une chambre et demie, un condominium de bain et demi dans calme charmant complexe de 22 unitĂ©s LaBahia. SituĂ© du cĂŽtĂ© sain de Santa Rosa de Fort Pickens Road, juste en face de la plage de la cĂŽte du golfe d'Émeraude. Perfect family vacation!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. You're steps from the pool, bay or beach! I was very impressed with the excellent communication from the owners - It was obvious they truly cared and wanted to be sure we had a great stay. The condo was clean, well stocked and felt like home! I highly recommend!

Best week ever!

Pensacola beach is amazing and this condo made it feel like home. Clean, very well stocked with anything you might need, and comfortable are just a few of the positive attributes that describe the property. I truly felt like our host wanted us to have a great vacation and we certainly did. After driving around the island, I think this is the best location there is and I can’t wait to return.

Like home away from home


I can’t speak enough about how great this place is! It is perfectly situated, just a short walk away from the beach. Check in directions were given in a timely manner and communication with the host was easy. The property was extremely clean, kitchen was beyond well stocked, sitting area was functional and comfortable, and the beds were super comfy and maybe the best we’ve slept on away from home. We’re already looking forward to returning next year!

Great trip

We absolutely loved this condo! The decor is so tranquil and relaxing, it was immaculately clean, and had everything we could have needed ready for us. Peter was great to communicate with. We especially loved having the choice between the gulf, bay or swimming pool all within steps of us. We are lucky we found this rental last minute, and can’t wait to return in the future.

Great, clean and quiet condo!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Kids loved the bunk bed area. Lots of amenities (firestick, roku, etc.) Pool was great and close. This is one of the best kitchen stocked places we have stayed. Made grocery shopping much easier. Will definitely call back for our next trip. We recommend it!

Perfect Stay!

This home is an absolute gem! Perfect for myself and 2 teens. We had the best time at the gulf, at the sound, at the pool, and at home! The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we could have needed. The mattresses were top notch! High quality at every turn. Looking forward to returning! Thanks for a great time!!

Wonderful beach spot

Wonderful beach condo with all the amenities we needed. They even had vinegar, which we used on a jellyfish sting. Fabulous location on the beach. We were able to see the Blue Angels fly and not have to sit in traffic. Condo was clean and beautiful. I was very happy and had a relaxing trip. Definitely will return.

What a treasure this place is!

Condo was very clean and lots of light! We loved the fact that it has the sound on one side and the gulf on the other. Owners thought of everything when furnishing this place and we truely felt at home here. As far as the beaches go, they were perfect! White sand beaches and green water. Not far from the national seashore and very quiet. Was our first time visiting the gulf beaches and this stretch was absolutely perfect. Not crowded and all the conveniences you need within 5-10 min. Plenty to do for families. We will definitely return!

Beautiful Condo!

We have visited Pensacola Beach every summer for the last 8 years. We've stayed in alot of different condos and hotels and this condo at La Bahia is our favorite one!! Everything is provided for you from kitchenware to beach towels - you really do not need to bring anything from home except your suitcase. (and maybe stop over at Publix for groceries) The condo is perfect for a family of 4. My daughter loved the bunk beds and we especially loved the sleep number bed! My husband and I highly recommend this condo for your stay in Pensacola Beach. You won't regret booking it!

We took our daughters here for spring break and we had such a wonderful time. It’s located near the end of the residential area of the sound, so it’s quiet with little traffic. A few miles down the road is Fort Pickens. You have your own parking spot right under the condo itself, making it easy to bring your bags inside. It’s located on the second floor and the views are of the ocean on one side, and the bay on the other. You also have your choice of which beach to go to every day, as both are right outside your door. The condo itself was very clean and had everything you could possibly need for a week’s stay. We loved it so much we barely wanted to leave, so we made most of our own meals. This was one of our favorite places we have ever stayed and we hope to return! Hosts are also amazing and communicated everything thoroughly to us about the condo. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect Seaside Retreat!

This was our first visit to Pensacola Beach, and I could not imagine a more perfect space to enjoy our vacation. The top floor hideaway had everything our family needed to relax and unwind with beautiful views of both the Gulf and Pensacola Sound. The walk to the white sand beaches was literally right across the street so you'd be frolicking in the water or combing the beach for shells within 5 minutes. The condo was an easy couple of flights of steps up and overlooks the community swimming pool. Seeing the beautiful beachy decor of the home brought smiles to our faces, and you could tell the owners put forth so much thought, care, and love into this retreat. We did purchase a couple of sand toys for our kids, but beach towels were provided which we washed daily in the condo's convenient washer and dryer. There is an outdoor shower and foot faucet for rinsing off sand at the bottom of the stairs before making your way up the flight of stairs. We also a large wooden swing by the stairs. We were very comfortable during our stay and would highly recommend this top floor hideaway to anyone.

In Search of Peace?

If you’re looking for complete peace, the perfect beach, the perfect host, and the perfect little condo, then STOP SEARCHING AND BOOK YOUR STAY HERE! From the moment we walked in, we knew immediately we’d never have to search again because this was THE place. We felt like no one had ever stayed at this condo before. It was immaculate, had everything you could possibly need or want. Over a mile of beach with maybe five people on it right at our sandy feet! A few steps away from our condo was heaven. Stop searching and book your place here! The owner is awesome and checked on us often, which is rare. He made us feel right at home and quickly responded to any questions we had. Attention to detail was insane! The condo is located at the far end of Fort Pickens Road “away from it all” but then
 even better
 is that Fort Pickens is a beautiful 7 mile bike ride away (highly recommended)! If we could give this review more than five stars we would give it 10! ABSOLUTE PEACE AND QUIET FOUND!!!

Loved this condo, very clean, very well stocked, condo was so neatly decorated, Peter was an amazing host, and I have stayed in Multiple condos this one was best yet!! Location was perfect beach was beautiful and we actually enjoyed the walking path along the beach for exercise!! 5 star does not touch this properties perfection!!!

This place is absolutely perfect! Peter was the best host. Great communication and he made sure we made it there safe. Quick to respond to anything we needed. The condo is beautifully decorated and loved the skylights. The beach is my happy place and being able to see and hear it from the balcony was perfect! Definitely my new vacation spot!!! Best beach property we have ever stayed!

I can not say enough good things about this place! First of all the place was absolutely spotless!!!! Decorated beautifully. Very nice and quiet pool, never crowded. Just a short walk across the road to the beach. We never had an issue crossing it. Peter is amazing! He ever messaged to ask how our stay was. My son left his phone in the condo, and he quickly messaged to say his housekeeper would mail it back. We will definitely be back. You will not regret staying here! Great place for families!!!!

Best condo ever!

We have stayed in dozens of condos over the years and this one by far surpasses them all! Not only was it clean and adorable, it had EVERYTHING you could possibly need. I felt like I was staying in someone's home rather than a rental. Dozens of pots and pans to choose from, every kitchen utensil imaginable, and an abundance of dish towels, the kitchen was so unlike any other condo we've stayed in before. Beds were super comfortable too. The owners were kind and great to deal with. We will definitely be back!
