Told the property manager about the broken shower head and also told VRBO and nothing was done. There was 6 of us using a single shower for 3 days - unacceptable

The place was very nice, and it is a beautiful area. It was a bit uncomfortable since the furnace was out and it was cold, however, the management did accommodate us with heaters.Kudos to the manager for always being on top of things and communicative, thank you.

Quick Getaway

My husband and myself both agree it was one of the most peaceful vacations we had alone in a few years. We did have a little issue checking in at the gate but the contact person responded quickly.. the inside was really nice and the hot tub was a plus. We look forward to going back hopefully before the end of the summer..

Lovely place and good location. But it was literally 95 degrees in the unit on check in. They try to save money by not running the A/C between guests and it is a real problem. Also, there are issues with several electrical outlets surging on the first floor.

From the Owner: "Hello, and thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry for the uncomfortable temperature when you checked in. The A/C had only been off for about four hours after the previous guest’s stay, but we understand it can take some time to fully cool the space. Please know the unit is brand new, and we’ve since taken extra steps to ensure it’s pre-cooled before arrivals. We also want to note that the issue with the outlets on the first floor has already been resolved. We appreciate your understanding and hope you’ll consider staying with us again."

Family weekend at Minerals resort & spa.

Our stay went well. Although… The people at the entrance gate were not helpful at all in assisting us to find the location of our rented condo. The woman did not know where the condo was nor did she have a map of the condo area… Same happened to my daughter and her husband the following morning when they arrived.

The owner of the house, gave me the wrong access code to getting in and also he did not tell you (Vrbo)the this property does not allow passenger ven to getting in the property. The second day the gate person gave a very hard time to getting in.

Spacious & Modern

This Vernon Township Condo was the perfect place for a winter getaway. The views from the house are optimal in any kind of weather - fog after rain or a beautiful sunset. The view from the loft down to the main level is a nice touch. The house has an open concept both inside and out. The large windows and numerous skylights will leave you wondering if you left any lights on during the day. The kitchen & rooms were well equipped with a majority of things that one would need during their stay. The feature of dimmable LED lights allow for an added layer of customization to your stay. Overall, the place was of high quality and I'd consider booking another stay.

Overall it was a nice property, but there were a few issues that need attention. Some upkeep and maintenance improvement needed. The bathroom shower curtain rod was rusted & the tub and showers need repair especially the floors of the tub/shower with peeling plaster and paint. Also, some make-up or paint staining possibly from prior guests. There seems to some spider & insect infestation on the kitchen counter, bugs in the garbage can & we woke up to a spider in the bed. Also, there was staining and soiling on some of the bed linen blankets and sheets. An additional TV in at least one bedroom would have been nice & more efficient cooling for upstairs. A blind or covering to open and close on the grand back window for more privacy. Outside steps can use some cosmetic improvement. Lastly my final payment was withdrawn from my account prematurely and sooner than should have occurred, which should have occurred on my cancellation date.

Now, THIS is what a Stay-Cation is meant to be!!!

I used to own the same condo unit in this complex, years ago, so I know what the units are like! Of course, this condo is UPDATED, to maximize the beauty & tranquility of the mountainous area it is situated in! From the sunshine that illuminates the interior through the solarium, You do not even need to turn the lights on during the day! The furniture/decor is ELEGANT & TASTEFUL, as it makes you feel like You are living LARGER THAN LIFE! The beds are comfortable, linens are clean & the piece de resistance, is the jacuzzi tub w/windows that overlook the trees, pond on the greens, up on the loft bedroom! You will feel relaxed & still have the privacy You need! Juan made sure we were comfortable, & w/a sigh of relief, the open concept of the condo is just breathtaking so we felt relaxed & made our stay feel effortless! Especially, welcoming, the sheer fact, as soon as you open the door and walk in, there was an assortment of light snacks & beverages that were ready & waiting for us~nice!!! The appliances are new, clean & don't let me forget, the upstairs balcony has the glass 1/2 wall, that made the entire feel of our stay-cation so fun!, Just the flow of it all~made us feel as if we never left our old condo/home-town! I spoke with one of the neighbors, as we were coming in, & they speak very highly of the owner-that is refreshing to know, the owner has a such a great repoire with the other owners in the building! We look forward to future stays here, again! Thank You!
