This oceanfront estate located in the coveted Ocean Sands Section H boasts 8 Bedrooms, 8 Full Bathrooms, and 1 Half Bathroom, meaning that everyone in your family group can spread out.

When it's time for some fun in the sun, a Community Beach Access Walkway is two houses away, so you won't have to travel far to get to the waves. When you get back home, jump into the Private Swimming Pool with a swim up bar! Rest your muscles in the bubbly Hot Tub and fire up the Grill for an evening seafood spectacular. Disappointing rental

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is in terrible shape; definitely not worth the amount of money we paid. Would never rent it again nor recommend it to anyone.

Not well maintained , no communication

Unfortunately this property is showing signs of not being maintained on a regular basis. The dryer was broken, per maintenance this was an ongoing issue all season. Pool area looked like it had been neglected all season. Found broccoli, rotini, and lots of hair in the pool. Pool cleaners came and checked chemical levels and left without cleaning the pool. Rental company could not give time frame for repairs stating " we sub out to 3rd party vendors". The pool stopped working because of the pump, which luckly was fixed by us. Hot tub did not work, repaired the day before we left. Pool lights do not work. Overall not a great stay. Hopefully during off season this property gets the love and attention it needs.

Disappointing Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed the week of Thanksgiving. The house was the perfect set up for us; large number of bedrooms with private baths, king sized beds, great living space, and on the beach! Unfortunately, the house has not been well maintained, was not clean, the kitchen wasn’t well stocked, and many TVs didn’t work. The realty company finally replaced the TV in the great room, after two days being in the house. We have been visiting the Outer Banks at Thanksgiving for eleven years and this is the first time staying in a place so poorly maintained. We were very disappointed in this house.

Could have been better but it was still fine

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group had an amazing trip overall but that's mainly because "its about who you are with more so than where you are". As for the house, it could use some updating. The dryer left black marks on most of the clothes when used, the knives were terrible which made it very hard to chop and use for almost everything, luckily I brought some good pans, since they were very limited on what was available, we also had to rent a grill which I highly recommend. You can tell the cleaners are a bit lazy and don't clean underneath furniture or as well as they can, but I didn't think that was a big deal since we had a group of kids and it was bound to get messy within the first 5 seconds. The air conditioning is very tricky, some rooms were freezing while others were HOT 76 degrees through the night. The biggest problem was the wifi, it was very spotty and when we called to have it serviced they said they were going to send someone out which never happened, they asked us to reset the modem but didn't know which 2nd floor king bedroom it was in, and we searched all the king bedrooms (4 on that level) could not locate it. We also asked to have the pool cleaned mid stay which they said someone was coming and the maintenance never happened. Also the basement bedroom bathrooms was very hard to shower in, the liner kept falling and the water went everywhere when used.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is definitely in need of some updates and fixes but it’s a great location and checked all of our need boxes. We try to stay in a different location each year but we would consider staying here again. Caution - the washer is not polyester friendly and will burn holes in that material. We had numerous bathing suits and shirts ruined due to this. At first we thought it was the dryer but noticed the marks before items were dried. All concerns were turned over to the management company.
