With four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 1,628 square feet, this unit can accommodate up to 12 people and offers everything you need and more for the ultimate vacation! Located on the second floor, this unit features two BEACHFRONT bedrooms! A gorgeous kitchen makes cooking a breeze with beautiful stainless steel appliances and gorgeous countertops. All TV's are equipped with cable except for the bedrooms with two queens that feature a smart TV! Wireless internet keeps your family happy and entertained for hours when they aren't on the beach. On top of all the other excellent features, there are FOUR parking spaces included with this unit! Come and enjoy your own private balcony and take in the sounds and scenes of the Gulf of Mexico!

By renting both units Coconut Beach House A and B, you can enjoy having the whole property to yourself!

Family beach trip!

This property was absolutely fantastic! It was the perfect size for our large group. And dont even get me started on the view! The beach had to be one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever been too. The instructions and communication from the host was very clear. 100/10 would come back in a heartbeat. clear

CBH-A in Fort Walton Beach

Good location in an older unit, right on the beach. Could use some upgrades but it was adequate for our group. The bonus golf and tours were a nice add-on. Parking space was good. The management company was easy to work with and responsive to our needs. We would stay there again.

Always Amazing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th time renting this house, and we are always completely satisfied. The house is perfect for our family vacation, and the Brooks and Shorey staff are wonderful and helpful. Hannah was always quick to respond to my questions and super friendly. Another nice lady helped us with an unexpected issue we had a check out, but I didn't catch her name. Overall great experience, as usual. Can't wait for the next trip!

Amazing short stay

This place is amazing. It was the perfect end to our road trip. It was a great location, clean and tidy. Although it doesnt look it, but it has an amazing shower!! We definitely wished we had longer than 4 nights so we'll definitely be back.

Snow on the beach but still had a great time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our third stay at this location, we love it an enjoy it every time. No complaints from us other than the tubs could use some anti slip pads, my wife fell twice in the shower. But the view the location an the size an looks of it for the price can't be beat. Planning on another visit soon.

Christmas on the Beach

Our grand babies first trip to see the beautiful beaches. The house had everything we could need. The house layout was nice since there were two families which allowed for separate bedroom and bathrooms. Kitchen, dinning table and living room were comfortable. Nice deck with chairs, tables and the views were great! Had a week of memories! Thank you!! P.S. would like to see a more efficient dryer and more flatware for kitchen.

Everything was good except 1 TV wasn't able to connect to WIFI, which wasn't a huge problem for us bc my family is close the members in that room only slept once they were in the bed.

Coconut Beach House A

Amazing views. Very spacious. Access to the beach was easy. The house was clean. Has a convenient store right around the corner. Plenty of towels, hand towels and wash rags. Extra pillows. Only complaint was no frying pan or some sort of baking sheet and the dryer took 3 full drying cycles to dry any clothing. We will be booking again! Brooks and Shorey were amazing hosts and we loved the online guide

The only problem was it had something had been spilled in one of the rooms and had not been cleaned. There was also a good bit of dust on the floors. We enjoyed the house and the location.

Nice place

Everything was very clean and the manager was very nice. The only complain for us was the beds were not very comfortable. One of the beds made a noise when a person turned over or got up off the bed. One of the beds was too tall for my 5ft2in tall wife to get on. Other than that eveything was great.

We only expected a nicer place considering the price we paid for a weeks stay. The place definitely served its purpose and was directly on the beach, but for nearly $6k we expected it to be a bit nicer than it was. I’d give a 4 out of 5 stars.

The downstairs house was a bit dark, but the upstairs space was bright and the deck perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. I will rent this again.

Great location!

Great location! We considered Destin but chose Okaloosa and glad we did. Much less crowded and beach was perfect. This property is practical for families but needs updating. We had the upper unit and spent a lot of time on the back deck enjoying views of the gulf. I would not recommend the lower unit if views are important. Store across the street was convenient for supplies. The app used by the agent is very helpful. Check in and out was easy. Overall the location is this units strong point.

Great location

We absolutely loved the location. The house could really use a good deep cleaning and a few upgrades. We had to strip one of the beds when we got here bc the sheets was dirty. The floors really needs a good mop and broom. The view was absolutely stunning. I had to call maintenance and the people was great and very courteous and fixed our problem with in a hr. We have discussed renting the same house next year. So overall other than needs a good cleaning and a few upgrades it’s an amazing rental property. We will rent again.
