Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall very nice. First time experience with renting a home vs. mote stay. Lots of room which afforded much needed alone time. Recommend maintenance on front door as it was difficult to lock from both inside and out

Not the best

Property was not properly cleaned before our arrival. The Pool was filthy so we didn't even use it. The internet service was awful. The location was good but overall the property needs some cleaning and up dating. I wouldn't rent this property again

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, we came into several broken / unclean items: closet doors, toaster, shower door, hose, crusty food on the table, dusty doors, mold in the name a few. The house is very outdated. It looks like the owner / rental company hasn't been there all summer to check on it's condition.

Great location, poor condition.

The house is in a great location, but is poorly maintained. We actually picked up lots of trash from the property and cleaned up the pool deck quite a bit. The neighbor who owned the property nextdoor said it was the best the pool area had looked in years. Also had to go out and buy grill cleaner and a brush, the grill was left in such bad shape we couldn't use it without spending a couple hours cleaning it. If you stay here take everything you may need or want with you. The house is pretty old, but is lacking some basic necessities for a beach vacation. On the plus side, both AC systems worked good and the hot tub was clean and in pretty good shape. I believe the property management company has just taken over this property so hopefully they can convince the owner to clean the place up and replace some broken things so they can get repeat renters.

AWFUL!!!!

Our experience with the house left us thoroughly disappointed for the amount of money we spent to stay there. What was supposed to be a relaxing getaway turned into a series of frustrations that overshadowed any positives. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the home was questionable. There were noticeable issues such as dirty surfaces, dirty floors, stained dressers and a moldy/musty odor that lingered throughout our time there. Most of us woke up with sore throats and didn't feel better until we left the house. One of the guests, whom has cancer, had to leave early due to his worsening conditions and was sick for a week after vacation. This was probably caused by all of the black mold that's clearly visible in the bathrooms. Pictures have been sent to Brenda who said she would pass them on to Carrie and the homeowner. The amenities promised in the listing were either broken or in poor condition. The fridge downstairs would not get to a cold temperature, and we had brought plenty of food and beverages for the week, to limit the amount of eating out. Well, the first 3 days there, the stove did not work at all. Plus, the grill outside was rusted and also would not work the whole time we were there. So, not being able to cook meals for 15 adults meant we had to resort to eating out for all three meals. This added expense in dining out was just another inconvenience. There was sand everywhere; obviously we are at the beach, but there shouldn't have been mounds of sand on pool deck

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at Hidden Treasure. Nice house and great location. The house however needs a couple of fixes. The dining room table needs to have glass on top of it. The surface doesn't work in the humidity. There needs to be more deck chairs for the street side and middle ocean deck side. There also needs to be more than three chairs at the pool. There were no lounge chairs at all.
