This modern furnished one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment located on the Cairns main street is a short distance to the Cairns Esplanade and City with a bus stop out the front is one not to be missed.
The unit contains everything you need to eat in, relax, and enjoy our amazing climate.
Suitable for holidaymakers, small families or temporary business residents.
Take advantage of the short distance to all major attractions and restaurants.
THE SPACE:
Ground Floor Easy Unit Close to City 4 is situated on the corner of the complex building with footpath access from the driveway and one step into the entry of the living area.
The entry leads into the lounge and kitchen with a central ceiling fan and dining table that can also be used as a laptop desk. The lounge offers a couch, Smart TV with complimentary Netflix, local channels, and free WiFi.
There is one bedroom offering a queen size bed, Smart TV, wardrobe, and air conditioning which is large enough to cool the whole unit.
The unit comes with a bathroom with a shower and high-quality towels and bed linen.
A laundromat is located across the road.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave as well as all basic kitchenware. A coffee Nespresso machine is provided and a few other staples for your convenience.
A gate-coded allocated parking spot within the complex is included in your reservation.
PLEASE NOTE:
The building is right on the main street. We wouldn`t describe the apartment as noisy but it is located at the front of the building and light sleepers or noise-sensitive people might hear cars.
As we are not a hotel, we only provide a starter amenities pack for your convenience. Any further supplies needed will need to be purchased for yourself.
