First Floor Condo in Cypress Woods With Golf!

Summary:
Our seasonal rental condo is located in Cypress Trace of Naples, Florida and it features 18 holes of bundled golf along with pickleball, tennis, bocce, a fitness center, a lap and a free form pool along with a below ground heated spa and multiple indoor and outdoor dining options. Our condo is located on the first floor of the building and it has a lanai that you can enter from the ground level.

The Space:
Upon entering the front door guests come into a central hallway which has views all the way down to the pond and golf course directly behind the condo. The kitchen is immediately on the left and it has a eat in dining set that seats 3 and there is a window behind it that looks out towards the exterior hall and parking area.

The kitchen has lots of gadgets including a drip and Keurig coffee maker, a electric tea kettle, a toaster and more! The kitchen has a counter that opens up directly behind the sink to easily gain access and pass thru food and plates.

To the immediate right of the front door is the second guest bedroom. This bedroom contains a standard bed and it also looks out towards the front of the condo. This bed has a posture-pedic type of mattress that whose head and or feet can be adjusted for comfort. This bedroom contains a cable enabled TV on the dresser. There is a large closet that contains a lot of beach gear for guests to use - there are over 5 beach chairs, 4 umbrellas, 2 boogie boards, beach towels and more! There is also a vacuum and additional storage for clothes and luggage.

Directly outside the second bedroom is the second full sized bathroom. This contains a shower and tub combo as well as a single sink in the vanity. Coming out of this second bathroom is the laundry room which contains the full sized washer and dryer for guests use throughout their stay.

Coming down the central hallway towards the middle right of the condo will be the den/third bedroom. This room does not contain a closet and it has pocket doors that slide into the wall on either side. This room has 2 twin beds, a nightstand in the middle of the bed with a lamp. Additionally there are two sitting chairs in this room and there is a large window that looks out to the side of the condo since this is an end unit.

The Family Room and Dining Room are located towards the middle and back of the condo and they have views to the lanai, the lake and the golf course behind the building. The dining set comfortably seats 6 -there is a bench on one long side of the table and there are chairs everywhere else and there is a modern chandelier for additional light over the table.

The family room contains a leather sofa and arm chair along with a large coffee table. The sofa looks directly to the large wall mounted Smart TV that also has cable. This TV is Roku enabled allowing guests to easily connect to their apps of choice. The screened and covered lanai is accessed directly from the family room and it faces west to take advantage of our famous sunsets. There is an outdoor table and chairs set and the lanai has a door that leads directly outside so guests can walk along the pond or back under the shade of a tree.

In the back right of the condo is the main bedroom which contains a Queen sized bed that also is a posture-pedic type of bed. There is a cable enabled TV that is easy to see from the bed as it is located on top of the dresser. There is an angled bay window that looks directly west towards the lake and golf course right behind the building so guests can wake up with beautiful views! The attached en suite bathroom contains a single vanity, a linen closet with extra clean linens and a frosted glass enclosed shower.

There is a smaller heated community pool that guests can walk to from our condo, it is just a few buildings down and there is a pool deck to relax on as well.

Cypress Woods is located in the heart of north Naples right off of Immokalee Road, just a few minutes off of I-75. Cypress Woods features 18 holes of bundled golf designed by renowned Florida architect Gordon G. Lewis. There are cypress heads, native pine forests, rolling fairways and elevated tees and greens. You can play through wetlands and nature preserves that provide beautiful views. You can reserve your tee time at the pro shop or through an online chelsea system. The Fitness Center at Cypress Woods features a large heated recreational pool, a lap pool and a hot tub. Additional onsite sports include 3 lighted tennis courts, 4 lighted bocce ball courts and 2 bocce courts. The subdivision where this unit is located in, Cypress Trace also has a community pool. There is a scenic walk trail in the community as well. There is also on site dining including the main dining room, the terrace patio and the grille.

There is an additional golf membership transfer fee as well as a processing fee due to Cypress Woods that is NOT included with the fees with this booking and is paid SEPARATELY.

Our condo comes with one assigned under cover parking space and there is additional guest parking in the complex by the building.

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions.

This is a self check in property. All fully paid reservations that have been approved by the HOA prior to arrival will receive a unique code that will allow guests to check into the property and will remain their code throughout their stay.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 30 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport. There are local bike rental shops if you are interested in getting a bike during your stay. Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the Naples area.
