Quality, quaint and quiet!

Beautiful cottage tucked away on the Timberview Farmstead. The layout and accommodations were absolutely lovely. Thank you for putting so much love and attention in the details. 10/10 would stay here again in the future.

This place was amazing! The owner definitely went above and beyond to assure that we we had everything we needed. The place was well stocked, clean and extremely cozy! Walmart and other retailers were close..VERY PEACEFUL! Can’t wait to go back!

From snacks Farm land views and other amenities this place was everything..

This little cottage was cuter in person than in the pictures. It was charmingly decorated for the holidays which made it even cozier! Would highly recommend!

Anniversary getaway

This was an absolutely gorgeous cottage! It was about 10/15 minutes from Fort Worth which made it a quiet peaceful piece of heaven! The owners provided anything and everything that you would need. I highly recommend this place

Ft Worth Cottage

Absolutely amazing. Check in process was simple. The owner contacted us multiple times during and before our check in. Location was perfect, short drive to downtown area and Stockyards. The backyard animals Lottie and Carlos were a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed watching them daily. The home was fully stocked, it was indeed a home away from home. I would definitely rebook if I return to the area.

Wonderful getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The main point in our trip was to go to Magnolia Farms in Waco and to see a couple of things in Fort Worth and Dallas. The cottage was the perfect spot for all those things. It was about an hour and 15 minute easy drive to Waco and less than 15 minutes to Fort Worth. We took the owner’s recommendations for a couple of restaurants and coffee shops and everything that was recommended was delicious. We would definitely try to stay here again we ever end up back in the area!!

Incredible Cottage

Owner was very helpful, texted helpful info to get into property. On a farm - beautiful furnishings - bathroom was incredible - bed super comfortable. Everything was clean & spotless which we so appreciate at VRBOs. Kitchen stocked, coffee, water, teas, etc. Bathroom essentials were fabulous. We will stay there again when in Ft Worth area! Llamas & sheep in back fenced area were so neat to see. Absolutely a great find. Think it was only 15 mins to downtown.

Absolutely perfect

I needed to travel to texas because my father died and it would be several days before his house would be ready … i was looking for a place my sister and I could go until then to decompress, spend time together, and process everything. This was perfect. It was peaceful, quiet….it was absolutely perfect…from the rocking chairs on the porch to the many animals we could see. There was such a sense of peace and calm. Thank you so much

Perfect Retreat

Very cozy and clean getaway close to town, but not in the middle of the bustle. Perfect for our stay. Owners are very helpful and friendly.

Booked Hotels turned into better option

We flew to Texas for a women's conference and I dropped the ball on booking a hotel downtown Forth Worth. This was one of the places I found available, and it was the perfect solution. We had a rental and needed somewhere clean and safe to stay. We were able to relax and sleep in comfort. I would recommend this rental to everyone.

So lovely and quiet

Beautiful cottage next to owner’s home. Just as nice as pictures. And so many thoughtful touches! The owners left Ilya a bottle of wine and sweet note congratulating us on our anniversary. Out in the country and so quiet but easy to go into Fort Worth. Gorgeous place! Self check in worked well.

A Haven of Rest

We needed a quiet, restful getaway and got just what we were looking for. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen stocked well enough to make our own meals and when we decided to not go out to eat. The hosts were very gracious and kind. Such a lovely place. We will be booking again if we ever find ourselves anywhere near the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
