The original 1950s hand-built pioneering farmhouse with timeless original features has been lovingly restored and extended creating the perfect destination retreat for discerning guests.

KIN KIN FARM HOUSE RULES

SMOKING
Kin Kin Farm House is a strictly non-smoking property. There is a designated smoking area at the firepit.

DAMAGE
Any damages to the property will be charged to the guests.

CHILDREN
Please do not leave any children unattended anywhere on the property.

GREEN EFFORT
Please turn off all lights, air conditioning and ceiling fans before leaving the property.

BINS
Please empty house bins regularly into the general waste bin to avoid any rodents or small creatures coming inside the house.

NOISE
Be mindful of the neighbors and turn off any loud music by 10pm.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS
Only booked-in guests are allowed to stay overnight. You must notify Kin Kin Farm House of any potential extra guests. Failure to do so could result in a surcharge.

PETS
Please do not bring any pets to the property without any prior notification and approval from Kin Kin Farm.

EVENTS / PARTIES
Please advice Kin Kin Farm House when scheduling your stay if you intend to host a party or event.
PENALTIES WILL APPLY TO GUESTS ARRANGING PARTIES OR EVENTS WITHOUT CONSENT.

FIRE PIT
Before lighting the fire in the summer months, contact us to ensure there are no fire bans in place at the time of your booking. Be sensible and always have the fire supervised and fully put out before returning back into the house.

HOT TUB
Please watch or read the manual before using the hot tub.
Keep children supervised at all times and never leave the hot tub open with water inside.
Do not use drugs or excessive alcohol while using the hot tub.
Water temperature above 38*C may be harmful to your health
Pregnant or possibly pregnant women should not use the hot tub, bathing in hot water can be harmful to unborn babies.
Do not use hot tub immediately after strenuous exercise.

POOL
Please have children supervised at all times.
No glass in the pool area at all.
No pets in the pool.
No diving in the pool.
Keep the pool gate closed at all times.

BORROWING RECREATIONAL ITEMS
Please handle our recreational items (stand up paddle board, canoe, surfboard) as your own. Do not leave any of those items unattended, even on roof racks of your car. Damage or loss of any of these items will be charged to the guests.

LOCKING UP
Close and lock all windows, doors and gates every time you leave the property.
